        엘리트 단거리 선수의 스타트 유형에 따른 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the Kinematics Analysis of Starting Block Type Crouching Start in Race. In details, we experimented with 8 male short-distance runners under the three conditions such as 25㎝, 40㎝, and 35㎝. From the summary of the results, the most favorable start in 100m race was to get the strongest propelling power at the start line. The most important technical point is to respond to the signal as quickly as possible and to reach the maximum speed in the shortest time using front body angle and gravity with the high propelling power from the strong kick. In this study, type B strating method was proven to be the most effective to improve the record.

        육상 멀리뛰기 비행거리에 기여하는 발구름 동작에 대한 운동학적 비교분석

        This study analyzed the time required for foot stamping to do a run-up and changes in major body angles at foot stamping by group in order to teach techniques of the long jump to junior players. Group A players required less time to do a run-up than Group B players. It showed horizontal speed of run-up and flight distance had positive correlation. Body angle at foot stamping makes effects on body balance and flight track. Changes in body angle in Group A showed favorable results in movement in the air after foot stamping and landing resulting in farther flight distance than Group B did. To improve the record in the long jump, it is needed to improve horizontal speed of a run-up and to improve flight distance. If we perform training constantly comparing qualitative information on how world level players perform the long jump, we may be able to shorten record.

        육상 110m 허들 경기 기록단축에 기여하는 구간속도 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide useful information to shorten the record by observing the middle speed per hurdle intervals, elapsed time by zone, and deceleration rate according to the level of record in order to compare changes of speed in 110m hurdle interval velocity. Average of 110m hurdle interval velocity of Excellent Group (A) was 7.21 ㎧ and that of Non-excellent Group (B) was 6.92 ㎧. In P2 phase zone, Group A showed 8.01 ㎧, and Group B showed 7.49 ㎧ as their highest speed, which showed there should be improvement of speed to reach the highest speed of the world top players. The zone where they reached their highest speed was P2 m zone in both groups, while world top class players reached their highest speed at P4~P5 m zone. There should be change in their running competency to reach the highest speed at the later zone. Deceleration of the players participating in this study was high. To shorten the record, we need to improve the highest speed, improve racing to reach the highest speed at the later zone and perform speed and endurance enforcement training.

        육상 100 m 속도개선을 위한 Elongated Start 출발 구간의 운동학적 비교분석

        This study is performed to provide useful information to shorten the record by understanding the physical factor of the Elongated start through three dimensional image analysis with excellent group (A) that is composed of female university players who have won first prizes in national contests and non-excellent group (B) of female university players. There were 8 female university players. The record of short distance contest is determined by the piech and stride. The time from the start to three steps was 0.71 sec for the group A and 0.74 sec for the group B. It showed that group A was faster at the first three steps. The stride from the start to three steps was 3.14 m for the group A and 3.08m sec for the group B. It showed that group A had bigger stride. When we measured the change of horizontal velocity of physical center, the group A showed high increase of horizontal velocity in the all steps. When we measured the change of vertical velocity of physical center, the g roup Bshowed big change. For the angle of the coxa, the superior group had larger flection than the inferior, when the foot contacted on the ground for the first steps. In a conclusion, the horizontal speed and the stride per block should be increased for theshorter sprint start motion. For this, shortening the reaction time and the ground-contact time per block is prerequisite. The ideal start is therefore that the angles of the ankle, the knee joint and the coxa at landing should be so small as to accelerate the angle speed of each joint.

        테니스 탑 스핀 서비스 속도 요인에 기여하는 운동학적 비교분석

        By the comparison and the analysis of the different factors during the tennis Top spin serve motion such as the required time per section, the movement displacement of the racket, the velocity of the upper limbs joints, the physical center of gravity, and the angle and the angular velocity of the upper limbs joints between an ace player and a mediocre player, these following results were drawn. First, the experiment result of the total time required per section in a tennis Top spin serve motion showed that an ace player was faster than a mediocre player by 0.4 seconds. This result suggested that it was required to increase the speed of the racket head by a swift swing to perform an effective flat serve motion. Second, the velocity of the wrist joints of gravity of an ace player was faster in every phase than that of a mediocre player in a tennis top spin serve motion. Third, the velocity of the upper limb joints of an ace player was faster in every phase than that of a mediocre player in a tennis Top spin serve motion. Fourth, at the moment of impact of a tennis Top spin serve, an ace player had greater extenton of the angle of the wrist joints by an 4 degree than a mediocre player. An ace player also had greater extension of the angle of the elbow joint and the shoulder joint respectively by a 2 degree and a 4 degree with a mediocre player. Fifth, an ace player was shown to have a greater change of the forward and the backward inclination (or the anterior and posterior inclination) of the upper body

        체육고등학교 단거리부 여학생들의 기록향상에 기여하는 100m 구간속도 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide useful information to shorten the record by observing the high speed per 10m intervals, elapsed time by zone, and deceleration rate according to the level of record in order to compare changes of speed in 100m interval velocity. Average of 100m interval velocity of Excellent Group (A) was 7.18 m/s and that of Non-excellent Group (B) was 6.6 m/s. In 30 m zone, Group A showed 7.69 m/s, and Group B showed 7.13 m/s as their highest speed, which showed there should be improvement of speed to reach the highest speed of the world top players (10.3~10.6 m/s). The zone where they reached their highest speed was 30~40m zone in both groups, while world top class players reached their highest speed at 55~60 m zone. There should be change in their running competency to reach the highest speed at the later zone. Deceleration of the players participating in this study was high. To shorten the record, we need to improve the highest speed, improve racing to reach the highest speed at the later zone and perform speed and endurance enforcement training.

        육상 단거리 3축 스타팅블록 반발력 측정장비 개발

        It tries to develop a device that can analyze three axis starting block repulsive force and response speed, Then it will analyze motor mechanics by differentiating the starting block conditions such as the angle of the block and the distance between the blocks in order to provide talented track and field athlete students and elite runners with quantitative information about 3 axis, increase interest in track and field games and improve athletic performance. The previous studies on the start of sprint race are as follows, Choi Su Nam(2008) raised the necessity of a device that could measure the repulsive force of starting block. Lee Jeong Tae(2010) raised the necessity of new device that could measure 3 axis repulsive force of starting block even though they developed a device that could measure vertical and horizontal repulsive force, The newly developed 3 axis starting block through this study can be applied to sprint race athletes to suggest the good way to learn the starting posture. It can also help the elite runners to have good starting posture to shorten the record of a game in which 1/100 second difference could make a win. It could suggest a good way to expand the base of spring races.

        복합 트레이닝이 고등학교 엘리트 레슬링 선수의 신체구성, 심폐능력 및 근기능에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to promote the physical fitness of the wrestlers. Ten-five wrestlers training in. high school of Daejeon were measured and analyzed for their physical abilities, training capacity, and the maximum power at each part of their muscles. On the basis of this data, the 12-week individual exercise prescription was designed and adapted to the wrestling. In regards to the physical appearance, while the total amount and rate of fat after the adaptation of the prescription showed an increase of 1.2% which was not significant, tile size of muscle, the amount of body fluids and the weight showed a meaningful increase of each 9%, 2%, 11%. Training capacity also increased significantly in that VO2max increased 13% and the exercise-duration increased 7% and the intensive exercise-duration(AT) increased 3%. However, there was a difference in the intensive-duration between high school students because while the high school students showed the increas in the maximum power of each part of the muscles, a balanced development was shown in the whole parts of the body. Especially, the upper body gained the most significant power of an 18 % increase(p<.05) and the power of the lower body increased 13%(p<.05). Plus, as compared to the increasing rate of the whole body power of high school students.

        육상 단거리 Running 속도 요인에 기여하는 운동학적분석

        This study researched start motion by classifying start types to analyze start response time and block contact time contributing to short-distance running speed. When analyzing average of response time of the subjects according to starting signal, it was found that in both superior and normal groups, MS showed the fastest response time to the staring signal from left to right. Superior player group showed relatively faster record than normal group. When analyzing horizontal direction block contact time, the time for MS acting on the starting block from left and right was the longest in superior group, while in normal group BS was the longest in the left and Ms and ES were the longest in the right. When analyzing vertical direction block contact time, there was not much difference in time according to start type from left and right side, while in normal group MS showed much shorter acting time on the block with relatively big difference. In the right direction, MS seemed to take longer time from the right with relatively big difference. To shorten the elapsed time for short distance race, response time should be reduced through start motion training process against repetitive starting signals in order to improve response time to start signal. Improvement of starting block contact time is technically important factor as it improves horizontal surface reaction force and improves propelling power by increasing horizontal speed on the progressing direction.

        여자 주니어 높이뛰기 선수의 수직속도 향상을 위한 발구름 기술에 대한 운동학적분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze elapsed time for three steps, two steps and one step before the approach, stride and the main body angles at the stamping to improve vertical velocity. The following are the results of the analysis. Group A players took less time in 3 steps before (0.03 s) and 1 step before the approach (0.06 s) than Group B p layers. Stride was relatively smaller in A. In the change of center of gravity, A showed more effective center position change as center change was relatively bigger in the vertically raised change after stamping and in the perpendicular ascent of center position when going over a bar. The variables of the body angle contribute to the improvement of the approaching speed and the vertical velocity of the stamping moment. A showed better body angle to increase vertical distance than B in maximum knee angle, internal angle of approach and rear inclination angle at stamping. In order to improve the high jump record, you need to raise the body center of the body vertically as much as possible and to increase the reaction force of stamping. Efforts should be made to improve the record through steady training by compared with quantitative information on world-class athletes" operation of the high jump.
