대학생의 취업스트레스 경험에 관한 연구: 근거이론을 중심으로

본 연구는 대학생들의 취업 스트레스와 그에 따른 어려움에 대해 어떻게 느끼고 경험하는지를 깊이 이해하고자 근거이론을 적용한 질적 연구이다. 본 연구 참여자는 서울과 경기도에 재학 중인 대학교 3-4학년으로 취업을 앞두고 있는 예비 취업준비생들 11명이다. 이 연구자들을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 얻은 자료로부터 최종적으로 85개 개념, 18개 하위범주, 상위범주 9개가 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과의 인과적 조건은 ‘현실과 이상 사이’, 중심 현상은 ‘짓누르는 스트레스’이며, 맥락적 조건은 ‘대학생활 적응을 위한 노력’과 ‘취업 정보 찾기’로 중재적 조건은 ‘자격 갖추기’와 ‘지지체계들’로 나타났다. 작용/ 상호작용 전략은 ‘진정한 나로 살아가기’와 ‘취업연습의 의지적 활동’이며, 결과는 ‘미래를 향해 진취적으로 나가기’로 나타났다. 이런 과정은 ‘혼란스러운 단계’, ‘현실을 인정하고 발전을 탐색하는 단계’, ‘추구와 선택의 단계’, 그리고 ‘끈기와 주체성’의 단계를 거치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 대학생들의 취업스트레스와 그에 따른 그들의 반응과 대처 전략을 이해하며 그들의 정신 건강증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. This research is a qualitative research using a grounded theory which explains for college students how they deal with their job search stress and difficulties, and what their experiences are regarding them. The participants are 11, third grade and fourth grade college students in Seoul and Kyoungido who have been preparing for employment. Collected data by depth-interviews has derived 85 concepts, 18 subcategories, and 9 categories. The result of this study shows ‘between the reality and the idea’ as a casual condition, ‘heavy stress in hiring process’ as a phenomenon, ‘making efforts sincerely to adjust to college life’ and ‘seeking the employment information’ as contextual conditions, and ‘preparing for the job requirement’ and ‘several supports’as intervening conditions. It is also analyzed ‘living and finding my true self’ as a action/interaction and ‘going forward into the future’ as a consequence. This process has passed through first stage: ‘feeling of confusion’, second stage: ‘accepting the reality and exploring the development’, third stage: ‘pursuing and selecting’, and fourth stage: ‘patience and subjectivity’. The result of this study leads us to understand the job search stress, response, and coping strategies of college students. Also, it can be used for improving their mental health as a basic data.

음소 지각 발달 연구 고찰 및 관련한 한국어 연구의 동향과 과제

본 연구는 지난 수십여 년간 많은 발전을 이룬 음소 지각 발달에 대한 연구를 심도 있게 개괄하고 종합하여 음소 지각 발달 이론의 검증과 구축에 한국어와 한국어 습득 영아들에 대한 연구가 지닌 역할과 의미를 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 방법: 이를 위해 지난 40여 년 이상의 국내외 관련 문헌을 고찰하였다. 이러한 분석에는 행동 측정 연구만이 아니라 대뇌 측정법을 이용한 연구들도 포함하였고, 최근 비롯된 한국어 관련 연구 시도들도 포함하였다. 결과: 문헌 고찰 결과, 최근 다양한 언어들에서 추가적으로 얻어진 결과들은 기존의 발달 이론만으로는 음소 지각 발달을 모두 설명할 수 없음을 드러내었고, 음소 지각 발달에 보다 다양한 요인들이 개입되어 있을 가능성을 시사하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 한국어 습득 연구는 아직까지는 미미하지만 기존 이론의 수정에 매우 중요한 기여를 할 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. 그리고 한국어 음운 발달에 대한 연구가 매우 부족하여 추가 연구가 중요함을 볼 수 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 한국어에서 사용되는 음소들과 이를 습득하는 아동들에 대한 추후 연구는 음소 지각 발달 이론의 검증과 구축에 있어서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 보인다. 더불어 비장애 아동의 발달 과정에 대한 자료 구축은 조기 의사소통장애의 진단과 치료에도 매우 유용할 것으로 보인다. The goal of the present article is to provide an in-depth review of past studies on infant speech perception. Based on an extensive review, we aim to provide an overview of the field and to propose important roles that research on Korean and Korean-learning infants can play to further test and advance exiting theories. Methods: We conducted an extensive literature review, encompassing papers published in the past four decades or so, including behavioral studies as well as brain research, and studies conducted with various languages, including recent efforts made towards testing Korean babies. Results: Our re¬view showed that the existing theories are largely drawn from a few languages, mostly Indo-European and Romance languages, and how recent data from various other lan¬guages have challenged the existing model. This suggests that more data from languages such as Korean are essential to further test the development of speech perception theory. Furthermore, our review shows how little has been done to understand Korean babies’ na¬tive phonology development. Conclusion: Studies involving Korean phonology will not only play an important role for developing speech percepton theory, they will also provide developmental normative data for diagnosis/therapy of individuals having difficulty devel¬oping Korean phonology.
