보육시설 평가인증 조력대상자인 보육시설장 및 보육교사와 평가인증 조력제공자(보육정보센터 조력담당자 및 위촉된 조력전문가)의 조력프로그램에 대한 요구를 조사한 후 이에 근거해 자체점검 기간동안 12주에 걸쳐 실시할 수 있는 조력프로그램을 개발하여 적용하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop the Accreditation Assistant Program (AAP) based on both researchers and participants' needs of the AA program in childcare centers. To achieve this purpose, the questionnairewas first distributed to three different groups: a hundred-fifty six numbers of directors and teachers working in childcare centers which had passed the Accreditation Test in 2005 and in 2006, two hundreds-sixteen childcare professionals who are appointed by CCIC, and fifty assistants working at CCIC. The results of the survey were applied to construct a basic structure and contents of the AA program by applying the edited version of the Reiman Supervision Model(19980 and Martin & Trueax(1997): a shortened eight stages of the Reiman Supervision Model and Martin & Trueax into five stages. The data analysis was done using analysis of frequency . The results are as follows: firstly, researchers and participants were satisfied with the Accreditation Program overall and expressed a far more acceptance towards the direct assistance through advisory institution by CCIC. In addition, participants strongly believed that it was necessary for childcare centers to receive a consistent accreditation direct assistance through advisory institutions, teacher education, and self-assistant system to maintain the quality of childcare centers and systematic post-management after the Accreditation Test. Secondly, the AA program held its accuracy by applying its program to diverse groups: two large group lecturers, three visits to the representative childcare centers, four small group meetings, and two direct advisory instructions. Thirdly, it is essential to reduce the gap of the reachers pespective in systematic and professional assitant training program. In conclusion, the AA program has reinforced a positive influence towards the quality of the childcare centers and for that it would be sufficient to provide a financial and official support to sustain the positive impacts of the AA program continuously and professionally.
농업인에 적용 가능한 스마트 개인보호장비 개발 동향 분석

Objective: The purpose of this study is to clarify the implications of development of smart personal protective equipment which can enhance occupational safety for farmers through development trend and development case analysis of smart personal protective equipment (SPPE) applicable to agriculture sector. Background: Most of the farmers work alone in the open far away from home, so their geographical accessibility is low, which may lead to serious disasters due to delayed response in case of an accident. Therefore, it is expected that the life - friendly service that can cope with accidents in rural areas and the spread of work safety equipment using ICT and IOT will improve the welfare of farmers scientifically and efficiently. Method: Patents were searched by year of application from 1990 to 2016 using the New WIPS ON patent information database. Among collected 268 data, 150 valid patents for quantitative trend analysis. Using Google, the prototypes or commercialized products for smart personal protection devices were searched. And a selection of 16 cases of products applicable to the agricultural safety sector was chosen and discussed. Results: The patent applications of smart personal protection equipment, which combines ICT and IoT technologies, have progressed most recently and have been declining since 2012. Only about 31% of the 150 selected valid patents tended to match the body"s wear and protection areas. The smart personal protection equipment uses various biometric information from the combination of devices to allow the wearer to voluntarily recognize danger or escape from danger. Conclusion: The research and development of the Rural Smart Personalization Equipment for Preventing Farming and Disaster Prevention should be established in the Rural Community and the cooperative management system for the safety inspection and crisis responses in the rural communities. Application: The commercialization of smart personal protective equipment and the application of agriculture sector are difficult to solve, but it is expected that it will be a breakthrough in raising industrial disaster response ability in agriculture in the blind spot.

The purposes of this study are to review the community-based care programs for the elderly among NPOs, focused on the Regional Council on the Social Welfare and Elderly Club, in Japan and to examine the way these programs help the community elderly to live independently in their own home in the community. First, the community welfare policy for the aged and service delivery organizations in Japan are reviewed. Second, using the informations about the elderly support programs carried out by the Regional Council on the Social Welfare and Elderly Club, various kinds and processes of specific programs developed to meet the local characteristics are introduced. Applicability of these programs to rural Korea is discussed.
