청소년활동만족도가 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 공동체의식의 매개효과 중심으로

본 연구는 중학교2학년에서 고등학교 2학년까지 청소년활동만족도가 학교적응에 미치는 영향에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 종단적으로 분석하는 연구이다. 이 연구는 청소년들의 학교적응에 청소년활동의 종단적 효과를 확인하고 청소년활동 현장에서의 실천방안에 기초적 자료를 제공함에 복적이 있다. 연구를 위해 2011년부터 2014년 한국아동청소년패널조사(KCYPS)를 활용하였으며 분석대상자는 2011년 중학교 2학년, 2280명이다. 연구결과, 청소년들의 청소년활동만족도와 공동체의식, 학교적응은 시간이 흐를수록 증가하였으나 변화의 정도에는 개인차가 있었다. 초기에 공동체의식은 청소년활동만족도와 학교적응에 부분적 매개효과가 있었고 성장과정에서는 공동체의식변화율이 청소년활동변화율과 학교적응변화율에 완전매개효과가 있었다. 이를 통해 청소년들이 청소년활동으로 얻은 만족감이 공동체의식의 함양으로 이어지고 이러한 공동체의식의 매개효과가 학교적응에 도움을 주게 되는 연속적 과정임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 남녀의 성차를 비교한 결과 공동체의식의 매개효과가 청소년활동만족도와 학교적응에 영향을 주는 과정은 동일하다는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 성장과 변화에는 남녀에 관계없이 청소년활동만족도가 학교적응에 영향을 미치게 되는 직접적 관계보다 공동체의식의 매개효과를 통해 학교적응으로 변화하는 성숙의 단계적 과정이 더 중요하다는 것을 확실하게 규명하였다는데 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 학교적응에는 청소년활동만족을 통한 공동체의식의 함양이 중요함을 시사하는 것으로 공동체의식 함양을 위한 제도적 개선과 프로그램실천 방안을 제시하였다.

청소년청렴교육프로그램의 구성요인과 프로그램 몰입, 청렴의식 변화의 관계연구

The purpose of this study was to explore relationships among components of youth integrity education programs, flow experience of participant in youth integrity education programs, and changes of participants` integrity consciousness. A structural equation model was presented to describe the hypothetical causal relationships among variables. In the model, flow experience of participant in integrity education program was assumed as a mediate variable. 332 Youth participating in programs were asked to respond the questionnaires which was conceived to obtain the measured of five latent variables(program contents, instructional techniques of youth workers, relationship with youth workers, flow experience, changes of integrity consciousness). The major findings of this study were as follows. First, flow experience of participant had positive effects on changes of participants` integrity consciousness. Second, flow experience of participant was affected directly by program contents, instructional techniques of youth workers, relationship with youth workers. Third, changes of participants` integrity consciousness was affected directly by instructional techniques of youth workers, relationship with youth workers. Fourth, indirect effects of program contents, instructional techniques of youth workers, relationship with youth workers were mediated by flow experience. All this findings were discussed for youth workers and research.
