우리나라도 이미 1972년한에 철근콘크리트 구조계산기준.동해설을 제정하였고 이에 따라 모든 철근콘크리트 구조물을 설계, 시공하고 있는데 아직도 설계도면이나 가공에 있어 배근의 기준이 일정치 않고 또 철근배근의 표준화자료가 없어 여러가지 문제가 제기되는 경우가 많다. 다음의 철근배근의 표준화자료는 현재 우리가 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 보통콘크리트와 일반구조용 철근을 대상으로 하였으며 순서는 공통사항, 슬래브, 보, 기둥,벽, 기초, 계단의 순으로 하였다.

The 'preflex composite beam' is one of the recent technics, having been introduced in 1951, in Belsium. It consists of the encasement in high quality concrete of the tensioned flange of a steel beam, after a considerable deflection(preflexion) has been given to it. the remainder of the beam is generally encased, but at a later stage. It has shown that important economies can be achieved, reductions in construction depths can be made and works attractive architecturally can be result. And so, these beams are being used extensively, in several European countries. And now being to be introduced in Korea. This thesis introduces the basic structural concept and construction process of the 'preflex composite beam', and the design method of architectural members according to Korean structural specifications established in 1992.

Building Code requirements for Reinforced concrete building should have been revised due to improvement of material quality, development of construction technique and speciality of district, etc., Building Code requirements for reinforced concrete of our country have been passed for several years since it was established, and its essential code requirements (or structure should be evaluated to improve and must be reinforced. In this thesis, I deal with the limitation for structure of slab, beam and column which are the most important and essential parts in reinforced concrete structure. For evaluating these elements, Building Code of Korea, Japan and ACI 318-63, etc, were compared and investigated. Through these worlds, it was suggested that our building code requirements should be changed to Ultimate Strength Design method same as ACI 318-71 and I hope that this study could be refered to future revision and study of our building code requirements.

In general most of structure in our country, has steel of SBD 24 combining 180kg/cm2 or 210kg/cm2 of standard compressive strength of concrete. When we consider economical design in structural and practical operation, this paper has estimated steel quantities by combining the design standard strength of steel with those of concrete in reinforced concrete building which has four stories for office and then compared each other. As a result of comparing the quantities of steel according to their combination, it has searched for which combination has consumed less steel and become economic.
