        6This study is based on the evaluation of a single component injection type adhesive repair material and a new 2 component type used in leakage of underground concrete structures. The studies showed that based on different mix ratio of the 2 component type adhesive sealant comprised of an asphalt main and latex mixture agent the viscosity of the material compound differed significantly. Based on a permeability testing, injection and economic efficiency, and performance, the appropriate ratio was determined to be 6:1 and was proceeded to the KS F 4935 evaluation method. The 2 component type adhesive sealant uses a static mixer and a cartridge type container for the injection procedure and was able to satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the KS F 4935 standard.

        This paper researches the forms of derivatives of adverbial derivative suffix found in the medieval, modern and current Korean language. The adverbial derivative suffixes in the medieval times contain ‘-이, -오/우, -아/어, -히, -로, -0(nul).’ The suffix ‘-이’ produces adverbs in combination with the derivative bases, such as verbs, adjectives, nouns, or adverbs. The suffix ‘-오/우’ produces adverbs in combination with the derivative bases, such as verbs or adjectives.         In this study, various materials such as epoxy material, urethane material, cement material, and acrylic material are used to solve the water leakage occurring in underground structures. However, in the reality that the durability is insufficient and the effect is insufficient, it is aimed to improve the repairing effect by using acrylics. As a second study, it is confirmed that leachate can be used as a repair material by considering long time under water stability, elongation range test, fatigue resistance test, tube stability test, damage recovery performance ana temperature stability considering leakage environment for polyacrylate. In addition, this material is applied to Expansion Joint to perform leakage repair, and to verify the effect of repairing leakage by monitoring and visual observation of concrete humidification.

        The widespread detection of pharmaceutically active compounds, including many synthetic antimicrobial agents, in aquatic environments is raising public health concerns. As a result, there is growing interest in the development of innovative technologies to efficiently transform these compounds to non-toxic and pharmaceutically inactive byproducts. This work examines the photocatalytic degradation of sulfamethoxazole (SMX) and its oxidation products (Hydroxslated SMX, Dihydroxslated SMX and 3-amino 5-methylisoxazole) in aqueous suspensions of nanophase titanium dioxide (TiO2). Experimental results demonstrate that SMX is mineralized by TiO2 irradiated with ultraviolet-A light (UVA: 324≤λ≤400 nm). The acute toxicity of the SMX and its oxidation products were tested using 24 h born Daphnia magna at various dilutions based on the procedure as OECD Guideline 202. The EC50 (%) of 10 mg/kg SMX solution without any photocatalyst (A), 10 mg/kg SMX solution exposed with UV light (B), 10 mg/kg SMX solution exposed with solar light (C) and 10 mg/kg SMX solution treated by solar light with bicarbonate (HCO3 .) as an enhancer for photocatalytic reaction (D) were 74.8, >100.0, >100.0 and 37.5, respectively. The residue of SMX in the A, B, C and D sample were 11.00, <0.05, <0.05 and 5.00 mg/kg, respectively. Hydroxslated SMX, Dihydroxslated SMX and 3-amino 5-methylisoxazole in the samples were detected below the limit of detection (LOD), which was 0.01 mg/kg. Each UV light & solar photocatalyst showed better removal rate than solar photocatalyst treatment with HCO3.

        Proteomics is the study of the proteome or the entirety of proteins. It has become an indispensable tool in basic, clinical and translational research. Proteomics techniques have been also applied for agricultural environmental chemistry field to identify a broad spectrum of proteins in living systems such as insect. It may give clues about nutritional value, yield production and food quality. In recent years, technical improvements in the mass spectrometry, bioinformatics, protein extraction and separation have made the high-throughput analysis of agricultural products. The study implicated two subject entitled “identification of protein related to dietary vitamin B<sub>3</sub> deficiency in Mediterranean fruit fly larvae” and “diet-induced over-expression of Flightless-I protein and its relation to Flightlessness in Mediterranean fruit fly, Ceratitis capitata”. The sterile insect technique (SIT) can effectively control medfly popuঢ lations. To rear healthy medflies for the purpose of SIT, it is essential to supplement B vitamins in the diet. However, the function of the dietary B vitamins in Ceratitis capitata larvae is not known. With the microscopic analysis, several organs in the head were examined and the spiracle formation and sensory organs were normally formed between the niacin-supplied and niacin-absent groups. However, formation of the ocular depression was differently developed between the two groups, although the hypostomal sclerite was formed properly. A total of 607 of the 1845 proteins were overexpressed and one third (598 proteins) were downexpressed in the niacin-deficient larvae, while about one third were similarly expressed. One of important overexpressed proteins was optomotor-blind protein in relation to wing development in the niacin-deficient medfly larvae. Likely, the Mediterranean fruit fly, Ceratitis capitata is among the most economically important pests worldwide. Understanding nutritional requirement helps rearing healthy medfly for biocontrol of its population in fields. Flight ability is a high priority criterion. Two groups of medfly larvae were reared with two identical component diets except one with fatty acids (diet A) and another without it (diet B). Adults from larvae reared on diet B demonstrated 20±8% of normal flight ability, whereas those from larvae reared on diet A displayed full flight ability of 97±1%. Proteomes were profiled to compare two groups of medfly pupae using shotgun proteomics to study dietary effects on flight ability. Differential protein profiles indicate that nutritional deficiency induced over-expression of flightless-I protein (fli-I) in medfly.

        어찌씨 뒷가지 ‘-이’의 파생 양상 변천

        This paper researches the forms of derivatives of adverbial derivative suffix ‘-이’ found in the medieval, modern and current Korean language. The adverbial derivative suffix ‘-이’ in the medieval times is combined with the bases of adjective, verb, noun and adverb, producing new adverbs. In case of adjective bases, there are two types, that is, ‘simple adjective base + -이’ and ‘compound adjective base + -이’. As to ‘compound adjective base + -이’, there are also two types, that is, ‘derivative adjective base + -이’ and ‘compound adjective base + -이’. The same is true of verb. In case of noun, ‘-이’ is combined with ‘noun + noun’ base. In case of adverb, ‘이’ is combined with symbolic adverbial base. Adverbial derivative suffix ‘-이’ in modern Korea language, likewise that of medieval Korean language, forms adverbs by the combination with adjective, verbal, noun and adverbial bases. The combined bases are also almost the same as medieval Korean language. Adverbial derivative suffix ‘-이’ of current Korea language forms adverbs via combination with adjective, noun, adverbial and incomplete bases. In this case, that is not combined with adverb. 이 글은 후기 중세국어에서 근대, 현대국어에 나타난 어찌씨 뒷가지 ‘-이’의 파생 양상의 변천을 살피는 데 목적이 있다. 중세국어의 ‘-이’ 가지는 그림씨, 움직씨, 이름씨, 어찌씨 밑말과 결합하여 어찌씨를 파생한다. ‘그림씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑낱말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹낱말+-이’의 형태가 있다. ‘움직씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑낱말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹낱말+-이’의 형태가 있다. ‘이름씨 밑말+-이’에서 이름씨 밑말은 ‘이름씨+이름씨’의 형태로 이루어진 것이다.‘어찌씨 밑말+-이’에서 어찌씨 밑말은 상징 어찌씨이다. 근대국어의 ‘-이’ 가지도 중세국어와 마찬가지로 그림씨, 움직씨, 이름씨, 어찌씨 밑말과 결합하여 어찌씨를 파생한다. ‘그림씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑낱말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹낱말+-이’의 형태가 있다. ‘움직씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑낱말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹낱말+-이’의 형태가 있다 .‘이름씨 밑말+-이’에서 이름씨 밑말은 ‘이름씨+이름씨’의 형태로 이루어진다. 현대국어의 ‘-이’ 가지는 그림씨, 이름씨, 어찌씨, 불구 밑말과 결합하여 어찌씨를 파생한다. 이 가지도 여러 씨갈래 밑말 바꾸거나 안 바꾸는 가지이다.‘ 그림씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑낱말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹낱말+-이’의 형태가 있다 .‘어찌씨 밑말+-이’의 형태에는 ‘홑어찌씨 밑말+-이’의 형태와 ‘겹어찌씨 밑말+-이’의 형태가 있다. ‘이름씨 밑말+-이’에서 이름씨 밑말은 ‘Ⅹ+Ⅹ’ 형태의 이름씨가 되풀이된 이름씨이다. ‘불구 밑말+-이’에는 ‘홑불구 밑말+-이’와 ‘합성 불구 밑말+-이’의 형태가 있다. 현대국어에서는 ‘Ⅹ하-의 줄어든 밑말+-이’의 형태가 있다.

      • 파프리카 중 tetraconazde의 수입 농산물 잔류허용기준 설정

        The import tolerance of tetraconazole in paprika was proposed using OECD Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) calculator after conducting three different field trials to promote export of it to Taiwan. Pre-harvest interval (PHI) of residual pattern and degradation dynamic of tetraconazole in paprika were determined using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and a mixture of salts and dilution was performed for purification. A six point matrix matched calibration curve was constructed which provided excellent linearity with coefficient of determination (R2) ≥ 0.999. The quantification limits were 0.001 mg/kg. The method was validated in quintuplicate at three different concentrations resulted acceptable recovery ranging from 89.9~104.6% with relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤ 1.2% among the three filed sites. The developed method was applied to the field treated sample harvested at different intervals. In PHI trial, the tetraconazole residues were ranged 0.28-0.99 mg/kg in the field site 1 (Hwasun), 0.44 ~ 0.97 mg/kg in the field site 2 (Jinju), and 0.15 ~ 0.51 mg/kg in the field site 3 (Nomwon). Whereas, in the degradation trial, the observed residues were 0.07 ~ 0.53 mg/kg in the field site 1 and 0.14 ~ 0.29 mg/kg in the field site 3, Consequently, the import tolerance of tetraconazole in paprika using OECD MRL calculator was proposed to 2.0 mg/kg, which is different as the MRL(1.0 mg/kg) for pimento established by Republic of Korea. In conclusion, the residue study supported to propose 2.0 mg/kg as a MRL of tetraconazole for paprika.

        농업용 저수지에서 Bisphenol A의 잔류실태조사

        BACKGROUND: Significant amount of bisphenol A has been released from the manufacturing process of plastics, epoxy resins, dental material and flame retardants. Bisphenol A has been detected at trace levels in wastewater, surface water, landfill leachate and drinking water. However, the residual survey of bisphenol A has not been performed in agricultural reservoir beside agricultural environment cultivating crops. This study was conducted to monitor the residual bisphenol A in national agricultural reservoirs and understand a level of contamination of bisphenol A in the agricultural environment in Korea. METHODS AND RESULTS: The water and water sediment were collected at agricultural reservoirs in Chungnam, Chungbuk, Kyunggi, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Kyungnam and Kyungbuk province. Bisphenol A was analyzed by the LC-MS/MS with triple quad 4500. The recovery of water and water sediment in the agricultural reservoirs showed the level of 95.7~97.2% and 91.5 ~100.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Bisphenol A was detected at the level of 0.05 μg/L~0.18 μg/L and 0.1 μg/kg~34 μg/kg in water and water sediment of the reservoirs, respectively. Based on the results, the residue of bisphenol A will be tried in the crops surrounding these agricultural reservoirs where bisphenol A detected above 10 μg/kg of bisphenol A.

        2액형 점착 실링재의 누수보수재 평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 지하 콘크리트 구조물에 누수 발생 시 콘크리트 배면에 주입하여 보수를 시행하는 1액형 점착 실링재에 대해 알아보고 새로운 콘크리트 배면 주입재인 2액형 점착 실링재에 대한 평가를 진행하였다. 2액형 점착 실링재는 아스팔트 계열의 주제와 라텍스 계열의 증점제로 구성된 실링재이며, 주제와 증점제의 배합비에 따라 실링재의 점도편차가 크게 나타났다. 이에 주제와 증점제의 배합비를 투수시험을 통해 확인한 결과 주입성, 경제성, 성능을 고려하여 적정배합비를 6:1로 정하고 KS F4935 평가를 진행하였다. 2액형 점착 실링재는 static mixer를 활용한 카트리지 타입의 용기를 이용하여 주입이 가능하고 KS F 4935 시험방법에 따라 평가를 진행한 결과 KS 기준을 만족하였다.
