디지털 성폭력 생존자 지원 지침과 지향점: 지원자 포커스 그룹 인터뷰

This study aimed to understand the characteristics of digital sexual violence (DSV), examine supportive strategies in the field, and develop future directions. Focus group interviews were conducted with nine human-rights advocates. A thematic analysis revealed 113 sub-themes, 19 themes, and four categories. DSV was understood as ‘an ongoing crime of being displayed and unrecognized due to socio-cultural construct’ and ‘trauma of being exposed, depriving of daily lives and relationships, and murdering souls.’ Strategies included ‘connecting, problem-solving, and balancing daily life united with feminism until social change,’ and future directions included ‘systematic collaborative support and social-recognition from concealment to testimony and resistance.’ Building social norms and institutional recognition, resisting victim-blaming and social-stigma based on feminism, issues for teenager support, importance of collaborative multidisciplinary system, and goals for psychotherapy were discussed. Lastly, we suggested a feminist consciousness raising using the keywords ‘reveal’ and ‘connect’ to combat DSV crime. 본 연구는 디지털 성폭력 피해 양상을 이해하고, 현장의 피해지원 전략을 파악하며, 지원에서 나아갈 방향을 구성하고자 수행하였다. 이에 디지털 성폭력 피해를 지원하는 인권활동가 9명과 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 주제 분석 결과, 총 113개 하위주제, 19개 상위주제, 4개 범주를 구성하였다. 네 범주로 ‘디지털 성범죄는 사회문화적 구조에서 발생하고 재유포와 몰이해로 반복되는 현재진행형 범죄임’이며 ‘디지털 성폭력은 보여지는 끝없는 공포로 삶과 관계를 박탈당하는 영혼 살해의 트라우마임’을 이해할 수 있었다. 전략으로서 ‘페미니즘 관점을 바탕으로 연대하여 당면한 현실 문제를 해결하고 일상과의 균형을 돌보며 결국 사회 변화를 지향해 나감’, 나아갈 방향으로서 ‘지원자 협력 체계 구축과 생존자 지지의 사회적 토대를 바탕으로 은폐가 아닌 증언과 저항의 삶을 지향함’을 발견하였다. 이어서 디지털 성범죄에 대한 사회규범 확립과 제도적 인식 개선 필요성, 피해자 비난과 사회적 낙인에 저항하는 페미니즘 기반 지지 환경의 구축, 10대 지원에서 쟁점, 다학계 협력 지원의 중요성과 동시에 심리상담의 목표를 논의하였다. 마지막으로, 디지털 성범죄에 저항하는 키워드로서 ‘드러냄’과 ‘연대’를 제시하면서, 페미니즘 의식 향상을 제안하였다.
