도시림 조성·관리 방안에 관한 시민-공무원 인식조사 : 대구광역시를 중심으로

도시림 조성·관리 방안에 관한 시민과 공무원 집단간의 인식차이를 조사한 결과, 대구광역시 도시림의 양에 대한 인식정도는‘가로수’와‘자연공원’은 보통,‘ 주택가 녹지’,‘ 공단주변 녹지’등은 부족으로 인식하고 있었다. 도시림 관리상 문제점에 대해서 시민들은‘도시림 감소’,‘ 인력부족’이 높게 나타났으며, 공무원들은‘인력부족’및‘주민민원’이높게나타났다. 도시림관리를위해보완되어야할사항에대해서시민들은‘시민참여’,‘ 재정적지원’이높게나타났으며, 공무원들은‘재정적 지원’,‘ 제도적 뒷받침’,‘ 인식전환’이높게 나타났다. 가로수 인지도에 관한 설문결과, 시민들은 공무원들보다 가로수 식재정도가 적은 것으로 생각하고 있으며, 앞으로 더 많은 가로수를 필요로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적인 가로수 조성·관리에 대한 인식정도에 있어서 시민들은 공무원들에 비해 부정적인 반면 공무원들은 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. As a result of the research about understanding the construction and management of urban forest, this study shows that citizens and municipal officials have recognized the amount of urban forest in Daegu as follows; ‘Street trees’ and ‘Natural parks’ are normal, and ‘Green zones of housing and industrial areas’ are not enough. For the administer problems in urban forest, citizens pointed out ‘decrease of urban forest’ and ‘deficiency of manpower’ as main reasons. On the other hand, municipal officials indicated ‘deficiency of manpower’ and ‘civil petition’ as the highest reasons. In the features to be complemented for the administration of urban forest, citizens argued that ‘participation of the public’ and ‘financial support’ be needed. And public service explained that ‘financial support’, ‘institutional backing’ and ‘cognitional change’ were required. As a result of the survey about the awareness of street trees in Daegu, citizens thought that the planting amount of the street trees was less than municipal officials thought, and the more street trees are needed in the future. In the case of overall awareness degree for the construction and management of street trees, citizens are negative about it to compared with public service, while municipal officials are affirmative about it.
