자기공명영상을 이용한 건강한 한국인 청년 조가비핵과 꼬리핵의 부피

줄무늬체는 꼬리핵과 조가비핵으로 구성된 바닥핵으로 운동기능 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 줄무늬체의 이상과 관련된 질환으로 헌팅톤 무도병, 뚜렛 증후군, 강박장애 및 정신분열증이 보고되고 있으나, 건강한 정상인에 초점을 맞춘 줄무늬체 부피에 관한 보고는 아직까지 찾을 수 없어, 이 연구에서 건강한 20대 한국인 청년을 대상으로 줄무늬체 부피를 측정하였다. 남자 28명, 여자 29명의 자원자를 대상으로 간단한 문진과 신경학적 검사를 거친 후, 뇌의 자기공명영상을 얻었다. 얻어진 자료는 DICOM형식으로 저장한 후 V-Works Program으로 불러내어 머리뼈안 부피, 꼬리핵 부피, 조가비핵 부피를 모델링하고 측정하였다. 꼬리핵의 경우 남자는 7.23±1.18 ㎤, 여자는 6.23±0.96 ㎤였고, 조가비핵의 경우 남자는 7.19±1.25 ㎤, 여자는 6.38±0.86 ㎤로 전체 머리뼈안 부피로 보정한 각각의 뇌부피는 남녀 간의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 오른쪽 꼬리핵이 남녀 모두에서 왼쪽보다 오른쪽이 크게 관찰되었으며, 조가비핵은 양쪽의 크기 차이가 없었다. 이 연구결과는 향후 줄무늬체와 관련 뇌기능과 질환연구의 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. Corpus striatum is subcortical nuclei composed of caudate nucleus and putamen. It has been considered to be associated with motor control and learning. Dysfunction of the striatum is related to Huntington’s disease, Tourette’s syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder and schizophrenia. Nevertheless, standard Korean striatum volume was not set yet. Here, we report the striatum volume in healthy Korean youths. The subjects were composed of 57 youths (male, 28; female, 29). The MRI study was undertaken after a brief history taking and neurological examination. The DICOM files were imported into V-Works program. Volume models of the intracranial cavity, whole brain, caudate nucleus, and putamen were made and their volumes were calculated by the program. The average caudate volume was 7.23±1.18 ㎤ in male group and 6.23±0.96 ㎤ in female group. The average volume of putamen was 7.19±1.25 ㎤ in male group and 6.38±0.86 ㎤ in female group. Interestingly the right caudate volume is significantly larger in both group, although there is no difference in putamen volume. This study reports Korean corpus striatum volume in healthy volunteers. These results would provide an important standard reference for further study.

정부는 국가 물류비 절감과 경제 활성화를 위해 1990년대 이후 교통시설 등 soc 시설에 대한 재정투자를 지속적으로 확대하였다가 2003년 이후 soc 예산을 축소하였다2009년과 2010년에 일시적으로 soc 재정투자 증가에도 불구하고 국가재정 투자에서 soc 분야, 특히 교통 분야의 soc 재정투자는 지속적으로 감 소 추세이다. 본 연구는 soc 투자규모와 정부의 투자 방향 논란 가운데 투자의 적정성을 찾기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 기존 연구는 주로 교통 sac 투자 현황과 추이를 파악하고 도로와 철도연장 등 물리적 단위의 실물단위를 주요국과 국제 비교함으로써 우리나라의 교통 SOC 투자의 적정규모를 파악하거나 경제모형을 통해 sac 의 적정성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 sac 물리적 규모의 국제간 비교와 경제모형으로 측정하는 두 가지 연구 방법을 채택하고 교통 soc 스톡(물리적) 규모 GDP 대비 교통 soc 투자비율, 분야별 교통 soc 투자 비중, 교통 soc 순자산 스톡(경제적) 규모의 4가지 기준으로 OECD, ITF, World Bank, IMD 등의 최근 국제 자료를 수집하여 원 데이터 활용 및 가공한 데이터를 사용하였다. 최근 교통 soc의 종합 연구 및 정부의 soc 투자 관련 정책 수립을 위한 참고자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. 연구 결과, 교통 soc 투자 수준의 비교에 물리적 스톡 또는 경제적 스톡, soc 대비 비율 등 어떤 기준을 선택하느냐에 따라 교통 soc 확대와 축소를 선택할 수 있다는 한계를 보여주었다 정부는 사회경제적, 지리· 환경적, 정치적 여건 등 다면적이고 종합적인 추가 검토와 구체적인 부문별 효율성 분석을 통해 우리나라 실 정에 맞는 교통 soc 적정 규모의 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Government had expanded financial investment on sex: such as transportation facilities to reduce logistics costs and to stimulate the economy since the 1990s, however it reduced its budget since 2003. Even Sex: investment was increased temporarily in 2009 and 2010, investment in the transport sector has been continuously decreasing. The purpose of this paper is trying to find optimal investment size in debate of the sex: investment size and the investment direction. The previous research focused on sex: trends and physical units, such as road and railway extension by comparing the country, or used economic model as analysis method. This study adopts both analysis of the physical(stock) size of the sex: and analysis of as model results. And we select 4 standards, the stock size, the percentage of Sex:, the portion of SOC, the assets of SOC using the data of recent international data, such as OECD, ITF, World Bank, IMD. This paper``s updated information will be helpful on government policy as a reference. We found decision of optimal investment is depend on criteria to select physical stock, financial stock, ratio, or portion. Government should decide optimal investment by comprehensive review and analysis of omnifaceted aspects, such as social, economical, geographical, environmental, and political conditions considering our condisions.
