        운동역학 : 달리기에서 하지 분절각과 지면반력의 비교분석

        To elucidate the biomechanical characteristics of limited running velocity, the researcher executed cinematography and force measurement at the same time for which one used four cameras and force platform to the undergraduate students as the experimental objects. Kinematic angular displacements were obtained by Kwon3D motion analysis program and ground reaction force of the supporting phase were measured by force platform. Namely, in running, kinematic variables are presented that are the rhythm of supporting period in space and time, that is, 7 segment angular change pattern of upper and lower limbs and ground reaction force pattern as external action.In angular pattern, the deviation of supporting leg is minor, so the pattern appeared similarly, but the large deviation of swing leg is ascribed to the case of temporal delay according to the subjects, displacement difference, normalizing the supporting period by mean supporting time. But the general pattern is similar to the previous studies(齊藤et al, 1981; 山田et al, 1985;1986). According to the velocity changes, landing and takeoff angle appeared differently, it is attributed to the difference of running velocity and subjects. And the change pattern of ground reaction force is similar to the results of 阿江et al(1984), there is different in a certain moment values between male and female.It is attributed to the difference of height and weight. The first time of supporting phase appeared shorter than the second time of supporting phase. This is different from the general running ground reaction force studies(p<.01). The deviation in the first part of supporting phase is large, but that in the second part of supporting phase is small because the control process is made in the first part of supporting phase. The positive and negative impulse of anterior-posterior direction appeared larger in male than that in female, but the difference between male and female is not significant. But the magnitude of positive and negative impulse appeared significantly(p<.01). It seems that more momentum is needed to raise the revolutional motion of human body that supports the leg in the first part of touch-down foot.ntly(p<.01).

        발육,발달학 : 유산소 운동이 남자 비만 대학생의 Leptin, 신체구성 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this experiment was to recognize the influence of exercise executed for 8 weeks, and what the specific influence was on leptin, body composition and blood components according to the duration of the exercise routine. The subjects of this experiment were 16 male university students who had a minimum of 25% of %fat and had no lead a basically sedentary life style. They were divided into two groups, one was the exercise-group and the other was the non-exercise-group. Each group had 8 members.At the onset of the experiment the subjects executed a 50minute work-out on a treadmill with an HRmax of 75%. Blood samples were taken prior to the exercise when the subject was stable as well as immediately following the work out. The blood was analyzed for blood lipids and leptin. After 8 weeks of aerobics exercise group decreased their weight, fat mass, and the rate of fat in comparison with the control group whose body compositions did not change significantly during the experiment.However, after the aerobics exercise were executed for many hours, in comparison with the non-exercise-group, the exercise-group's HDL rates increased but their TC and TG rates decreased. Regarding leptin changes, the exercise-group's leptin rate decreased.The results of this experiment show that exercise effects body composition, blood lipids, leptin. The reason is aerobics increases our body's metabolism and lipolysis, and increases muscles mass, adipose tissue, and rate of energy consumption, and use of adipose. Therefore, aerobics that are executed for many hours increase energy consumption, so it prevents obesity which can lead to chronic disease. In conclusion, exercise is an effective method to maintain our good health.

        발육,발달학 : 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 여고 농구선수의 등속성 슬관절 근력 및 근 파워에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 8weeks of plyometric training on the muscular strength and power of the lower extremity in athletic girls who play basketball (aged 16.4±2.4 year). 14 subjects were divided into the control group(n=7) and the plyometric group(n=7). The control group maintained their usual activities and the plyometic group participated in the program that was designed to load the lower extremities. The strength by isokenetic dynamometry and power by Wingate were assessed at baseline and 8weeks. ANCOVA revealed significant differences between groups for the strength and the power. Analysis of covariance and paired t-test were used to analyze the data and the results were as follows.The muscular strength and power were different between the groups. there showed a significant difference between pre and post training(p<.001). The plyometric training showed greater improve ment than control training on the muscular strength and power. The trend observed in the strength and power between the groups suggest that plyometric training continued over a longer period of time may increase knee extensor strength. The results of this experiment show that plyometric training effects isokinetic muscular function. The reason is plyometric training increases our body's strength and the power. In conclusion, Plyometric training is an effective method to maintain basketball athletics' performance.

        운동생리학 : 중년여성의 테니스 운동 참가가 등속성 근기능, 심폐기능 및 신체구성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of 12 weeks tennis exercise on the middle-aged women. The number of subjects were 8 women(40-50 aged group). Percent body fat, isokinetic strength, gas analysis were measured.The results were as followings;1. The isokinetic strength of tennis exercise improved pretest and post test on group. The difference showed the statistical significanceon peak torque, peak torque B/W%.2. The gas analysis of tennis exercise improved pretest and post test on group. The difference showed the statistical significance on HRrest, ˙V CO<sub>2</sub>max, ˙V O<sub>2</sub>max, ˙V O<sub>2</sub>max/kg.3. The difference of body composition fat improved pretest and post test on group. The difference showed the statistical significance on body fat%, body fat mass. Based on the findings of this study, the regular participation of tennis exercise help the middle-aged women to promote their health-related fitness.

        운동생리학 : Plyometric Training 이 농구선수의 순발력과 민첩성에 미치는 영향

        남자 고등학교 농구 선수를 동일한 높이의 박스(50㎝)를 이용한 집단과 높낮이가 다른 박스(70㎝-50㎝)를 이용한 집단으로 구분하고, 뎁스점프와 박스점프로 구성된 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝을 1주에 3일씩 8주간을 적용하여 훈련 전·후 순발력과 민첩성 요인을 측정하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.첫째, 높낮이가 다른 박스에서 뎁스점프 훈련을 병행한 집단은 동일한 높이의 박스에서 훈련한 집단보다 수직점프력이 더 많이 향상되었다.둘째, 높낮이가 다른 박스에서 뎁스점프 훈련을 병행한 집단은 동일한 높이의 박스에서 훈련한 집단보다 탄성점프력이 더 많이 향상되었다.셋째, 높낮이가 다른 박스에서 뎁스점프 훈련을 병행한 집단은 동일한 높이의 박스에서 훈련한 집단보다 단거리 전력 질주 능력이 더 많이 향상되었다.넷째, 높낮이가 다른 박스에서 뎁스점프 훈련을 병행한 집단은 동일한 높이의 박스에서 훈련한 집단보다 민첩성이 더 많이 향상되었다.이와 같이, 이미 상당한 수준의 근파워를 지니고 있는 농구선수를 대상으로 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝에서 높낮이가 다른 박스에서 뎁스점프 훈련을 병행한 농구선수가 순발력과 민첩성이 향상되었다. 따라서 농구선수의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 운동수행 능력 향상시킨다고 볼 수 있다. The basketball players of Boys’High schools were intentionally assigned to 2 separate groups : one group has used only one kind of 50㎝-high boxes, the other group has used two kinds of 70㎝- and 50㎝-high boxes. Each group has been applied to the plyometric training program made up of depth jump and box jump 3 days a week during the period of 8 weeks. After measuring the power and agility in the pre and post-test, I can get the following conclusions.1. In the vertical jumping, the second group which has conducted depth jump training with two kinds of boxes was improved more than the first group with one kind of box.2. In the plastic jumping, the second group which has conducted depth jump training with two kinds of boxes was improved more than the first group with one kind of box.3. In the short-distance sprinting, the second group which has conducted depth jump training with two kinds of boxes was improved more than the first group with one kind of box.4. In the agility, the second group which has conducted depth jump training with two kinds of boxes was improved more than the first group with one kind of box.
