사회과학분야 : 무용전공 대학생의 스트레스와 전공만족이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 스트레스와 전공만족이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 규명하는데 목적을 두고 실시되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시와 경기도에 소재한 대학교 6개교를 임의 선정하여 무용학과에 재학 중인 무용전공 대학생 407명을 표집 하였다. 조사도구는 스트레스, 전공만족, 진로태도성숙 변인에 대한 설문지를 연구 대상에 맞도록 수정, 보완하여 사용 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 각 문제는 유의수준 α=0.5으로 설정하였으며, 중다회귀분석은 일괄투입(enterwise) 방식을 이용하였으며, 자료들을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 스트레스가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 스트레스의 하위변인인 건강 스트레스는 독립성과 준비성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인심리 스트레스는 목적성에 정적(+) 영향을, 체격 스트레스는 결정성에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 전공만족의 하위변인인 전공인식만족이 독립성과 결정성, 확신성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계만족은 목적성과 결정성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교과·수업만족은 목적성에 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 종합해 보면 건강이나 개인심리 스트레스와 같은 개인적 환경에 의한 스트레스가 높을수록 결정성이나 독립성, 준비성 등의 진로태도성숙이 높고, 전공만족은 무용전공 대학생의 진로태도성숙에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 무용전공 대학생의 스트레스와 전공만족이 진로태도성숙에 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the influences of stress and major satisfaction on career attitude maturity of university students majoring in dance. To achieve that study purpose, whole 470 objects were sampled from 6 universities with dance major. The survey method was used with questionnaires about the stress, major satisfaction, and career attitude maturity. The significance level of each problem was α=0.5 and multiple regression analysis used enterwise method. With those study methods and processes, the results as follows were drawn. Firstly, in the analysis results on the effects of stress on career attitude maturity, health stress, which is the sub factor of stress, has positive effects on independency and preparedness. Also personal mental stress has positive effects on finality. However, physical stress has negative effects on determinacy. Secondly, in the analysis results on the effects of major satisfaction on career attitude maturity, major cognition satisfaction, which is sub factor of major satisfaction, has positive effects on independency, certainty and determinacy, and, relationship satisfaction has positive effects on finality and determinacy. However, subject·class satisfaction has negative effects on finality. As the result, the stress of personal environment such as health and personal mental is higher, the career attitude maturity about determinacy, independency and preparedness is higher. Major satisfaction affects on the career attitude maturity of students majoring in dance, Thus, major satisfaction and the stress could be important roles for the career attitude maturity of university students majoring in dance.
