In this paper, we propose OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative) and SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) based healthcare system to provide more efficient service with users. Each agent exists as bundle on OSGi platforms and performs its work via interaction in this system. And users can access SOA everywhere by using not only pes but also mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDAs. Therefore, proposed systems provide more efficient services with users than old one.

In this paper, we proposed healthcare system, make a difference existing health care system, that evaluated service, information management, and information process by using JADE platform and OSGI framework. The proposed system provides resource management of context information and autonomous service. And it is possible to provide various service without restriction of platform or application by applying OSGI framework and to offer user option policy-based service and efficient data filtering service through OSGI framework.

In this paper, we propose context information communication system using RF module to prevent railway cross accident. Since the communication module transmits to the train with high bit rate, OFDM(Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) modulation method that distributes high speed data and transmits multiple times is applied. And image information is transmitted to the train's transceiver device by using ISM band (2.4㎓ frequency band) that is proper to mobile communication. By using this system, we can deal with urgent situations at the railway cross and prevent railway cross accidents in advance.

Recently along with the appearance of the concept of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), web services are focused on as an inevitable element of technology for SOA materialization. Web services are it that enable various online businesses to be possible by using standardized software technology with which different computer systems are connected within an enterprise or between a multitude of enterprises through a network using the internet. Web services are fully attractive technology in a point that these can expedite efficiency and productivity in a way of reuse through connecting different services or software. However, although web services are getting rampant in use, there have been no plans for providing or supporting web services in an environment of home network. Accordingly, this study intends to investigate web service support plans at the OSGi platform that is typical in an environment of home network.

In this paper, we propose efficient Healthcare Server System based on MAS(Multi-Agent System). Our Healthcare Server System can handle many persons of Patients or Doctors at same time. So, the proposed system can provide infrastructure for more efficient Healthcare Services.

The cluster head of LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) is randomly selected. The cluster head is needed for gathering reliable data. So, we propose the method to elect the cluster head based on sensing value. It can receive reliable sensing value and have the function of tracing event because cluster head is elected per period.

Recently, flexible communication is issued because of implementation of both communicable small and equipment wireless networks environment. Similarly diverse small equipment, from wireless LAN to sensor, have different data format as network access. So, middleware that support flexible communication is necessary. Also it is important that information format of diverse sensor(raw data) converts to information usable in application.
