        자연과학편 : 한국인(韓國人)의 섭취(攝取) 영양소(營養素)와 신체발육(身體發育)과의 관계(關係)

        The relationship between eleven nutrients in food ingested and physical growth in children and youth of Korean was investigated.Height, body weight, and the process of physical growth were also investigated, during the period 1970 to 1979, by age, on a national level.The results were as follows:1) The growth rate of height was smaller than that of body weight through the secular trend.This means that weight increased at a faster rate than height.2) In the changing patterns of nutrition intake by secular trend, curves of six different groups were shown. The first group consisted of the one nutriment; animal protein the second group of the three nutriments; fat, calcium and niacin, the third group of the one nutriment; vitamin A, the fourth group of the three nutriments; total protein, to vitamin B₂ and vitamin C, the fifth group of the three nutriments; carbohydrate, calorie iron, and the sixth group of the one nutriment; vitamin B₁.3) The above-mentioned fourth curve showed a similar pattern of that of the growth curve of height and body weight. Four nutriments, animal protein, fat, calcium and niacin, had a significant influence on general physical growth overall.

        복합운동이 ACE 유전자다형성별 여고생의 대사증후군인자와 골대사 marker에 미치는 영향

        G시 소재 전문계 G여고 1학년 여학생 168명을 대상으로 ACE 유전자 다형성을 분류하고 다형성별(II형 15명, ID형 10명, DD형 8명)로 총 33명을 추출, 16주간, 주 3회, 1일 65-70분간 복합운동(aerobic exercise : RPE 11-13×1set + weight exercise : 50-60%RM×2sets)을 실시하였으며 ACE 유전자 다형성에 따른 분포, 대사증후군 인자(waist size, fasting glucose, HDL-C, TG, blood pressure)와 골대사 마커(osteocalcin, ALP)의 변화를 알아보았다. 자료처리는 frequency analysis, repeated two-way ANOVA, paired t-test를 실시하였고 결론은 다음과 같다. 여고생의 복합운동은 일부 측정항목에 한해 ACE 유전자 다형성의 type에 관계없이 운동 후 긍정적인 결과를 보였고 몇 가지 대사증후군 인자와 골대사 마커는 ACE 유전자 다형성의 type에 따라 차이를 보였다. 향후 다양한 운동 형태에 따른 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 본다. The object of this study was to classify the Ace Gene Polymorphisms of 168 High School Girls of G Girl`s Highschool in G City. A total of 33 girls according to their Ace Gene Polymorphisms(15people of type II, 10people of type ID, 8 people of type DD) were extracted, and carried out combined exercise for 16 weeks, 3 days a week, 65~70 minutes per day(aerobic exercise : RPE 11-13×1set + weight exercise: 50-60%RM×2sets). Through this study the distributions of different Ace Gene Polymorphisms and the changes in the metabolic syndrome factor(waist size, fasting glucose, HDL-C, TG, blood pressure) and Biochemical Bone Marker(osteocalcin, ALP) were identified. Data analysis was using frequency analysis, repeated two-way ANOVA, and paired t-test. The conclusion was as follows: some items of measure showed positive results after exercise regardless of ACE gene polymorphism type, it was verified that some metabolic syndrome factors and Biochemical Bone Marker showed differences according to ACE gene polymorphism type, and it is expected that consistent study according to various exercise forms will be needed.

        운동생리학 : 중학생의 전신 지구력과 혈중지질의 관계

        본 연구는 중학생의 전신 지구력과 혈중지질의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 중학교 1학년 남녀 학생 400명을 대상으로 오래달리기(남자 중학 1,OOOm 달리기, 여자 중학 800m 달리기)를 실시하여 기록이 상(1∼10%) · 중(45∼55%) · 하(91∼100%)의 각각 10%에 해당하는 학생 총 120명을 연구대상으로 분석한 결과, 전신 지구력과 혈중 지질의 관계에서 TC, TG, LDL-C, AI는 남녀 모두 유의한 정적 상관, HDL-C는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전신 지구력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 남녀 모두 TG인 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationships between endurance and blood lipid of 1st grade in middle school, and to produce the correlation between endurance and blood lipid. For that purpose, we carried out the long distance runnings(the 1,000m running for the 1st grade boys in middle school, and the 800m running for the 1st grade girls in middle school) and arranged their records in ordinal scale. After that, we selected upper 10 percent(1∼10%), middle 10 percent(45∼55%), and lower 10 percent(91∼100%) as subjects of this study(n=120). The results obtained by this study were as follow : 1. Correlation between Endurance and Blood Lipid. There was positive correlation between endurance and TC, TG, LDL-C, and AI, but negative correlation in HDL-C on 1st grade in middle school. 2. Factors That Influence Endurance In blood lipid, TG was the factor on 1st grade girls in middle school.
