The purpose of this study was to survey of the players taking vitamin supplements among athletes through each players showing the difference in what is sure. The players in each field to identify the status of vitamin supplements in the future as a basis for vitamin supplements is to take advantage of. In this study a total of 11 events (Biathlon, Taekwondo, Bowling, track & field, Weight-lifting, Gymnastics, Boxing, Ice skating, Judo, Wrestling, adminton), 264 male and female athletes has been prepared by utilizing the survey. The questionnaire was basic physical characteristics of players and whether or not currently taking vitamin supplements, vitamin supplements, including the types being used for two items were investigated. The questionnaire utilized in this study to meet the intent of this study was written. Written questionnaire with the help of a coach that sport players to create their own approach was adopted. All 11 study athletes showed that vitamin supplements, supplements according to the order of the ratio Was in order. Depending on the each player had difference consumption in vitamins A, B, C, E, calcium, iron, multivitamins, and etc. In future studies each players with different dose vitamin intake, and study in depth the reasons and needs that enough? That excessive intake? or low? Based on results, guidelines for vitamin supplementation is necessary to prepare.
