Regional INformation Network Center has constructed integrated VAN among the heterogeneous computers and core technical information database for machinery & materials-oriented enterprises in the Changwon & Masan Industrial complex. As the result of RINNet project, regional industrial companies can take advantage of getting core technical information for developing new technology and strengthening competitive power. Accordingly, RINNet(Regional INformation Network for science & technology) makes regional industrial companies possible to collect, acquire and use technical information rapidly and motivates regional society to form the rapid technical interchange system and cooperative system among industrial-educational-institutal complex.

Point of Production/Manufacturing Execution Systems are an essential component of operations in today's competitive business environments, which require greater production efficiency and effectiveness. POP/MES focuses on the valuing-adding processes, helping to reduce manufacturing cycle time, improve product quality, reduce WIP, reduce or eliminate paperwork between shifts, reduce lead time and empowering plant operations staff. In this paper, we implement POP/MES to manage real-time plant floor data which is gathered by I/O server into database management system. I/O server is a software allows data exchange between factory real-time database and several hardware devices such as PLC, DCS, robot and sensor through ethernet TCP/IP protocol.

We, ICOMM(Information Center Of Machinery & Materials), make efforts to apply the EC to support the Internet Marketing for Small and Medium Enterprises, and at the base of experience are carrying out diffusing the internet minds, applying the CALS, searching the internet information, education for internet and supporting the EC-hosting to count of first importance for 6,000 Manufacturing Industries located in KYOUNGNAM. Traditional Business-to-Business depends on the EDI by using VAN. As the Internet is lively and the Internet users incredibly increasing, the total marketing strategies of Enterprises are cyberized, and Enterprises try finding the new business partner by using Internet technologies, At the base of this Environments, this paper proposes the Internet Marketing Server (that is called EC-Business Server) that consists of the staging server to establish the Mall, the search engine for resembled manufactured goods, and so on. EC-Business Server supports Business-to-Business as in electronic commerce.

중소기업 인터넷 마켓팅 지원을 위한 EC 비즈니스 서버에 관한 연구

한국기계연구원 기계 · 재료기술정보센터는 경남지역 6천여 제조업 중심 기업들의 인터넷마인드확산 · CALS적용 · 인터넷정보검색 · EC호스팅 등의 업무를 추진해 오면서 얻은 노-하우를 바탕으로, 중소업체들의 정보화 현실을 감안하여 기업(특히 중소기업)이 가장 필요로 하는 EC분야를 적용하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 기업간 EC는 종래에는 VAN을 통한 기업간 EDI가 주를 이루었으나, 인터넷이 활성화되고 이용자 수가 폭증함에 따라 거래처 개척, 물류, 결제 등 광범위한 거래 활동을 사이버화해 나가는 것을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 기존 EDI와는 달리 지속적인 거래 관계만을 전제로 하지 않고 거래 활동의 다각화를 시도하고 있다. 이러한 취지에 근거하여, 본 논문에서는 기업간(또는 사업자간) 전자상거래의 유형 중 제품을 생산하는 기업을 대상으로 블록정 다수기업이 인터넷을 통해 제품을 홍보하고 제품 수 · 발주가 성사되도록 지원하는 유사제품 검색 기능을 탑재한 제품몰 형태의 인터넷 마케팅 서버(가칭 비즈니스 서버)를 제안한다.
