스포츠교육학 : 고등학교 체육교사의 수업지도 유형에 따른 학생의 수업태도와의 관계

이 연구는 고등학교 체육교사의 수업지도 유형과 학생의 수업태도와의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 체육교사의 수업지도 유형과 학생의 수업태도를 요인분석 하였다. 둘째, 체육교사의 수업지도 유형과 학생의 수업태도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해서 학생의 수업태도를 종속변인으로 하여 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression)을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 현재 서울시내 고등학교에 다니는 1, 2, 3학년 학생들 336명을 연구대상으로 유층집락 무선표집법(satratified random sampling)을 이용하여 교사의 수업지도 유형에 관한 24문항, 학생의 수업태도에 관한 12문항, 일반적 사항 5문항으로 구성된 설문지를 사용하였다. 이 연구에 사용된 설문지의 전체 신뢰도는 Cronbasch’s α계수가 .885 - .636이었다.위와 같은 연구방법과 절차에 따라 체육교사의 수업지도 유형과 학생들의 수업태도의 관계를 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 체육교사의 수업지도 유형의 요인은 수업준비, 정보전달, 다양성, 수업열의, 안전지도, 학생관심도의 총 6개 하위요인으로 나타났으며, 학생의 수업태도는 참여도, 적극성, 준비성, 안전성의 총4개 하위요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 수업지도 유형 중 수업준비, 안전지도 요인이 학생의 수업태도의 4개 요인중 적극성의 요인에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 셋째, 교사의 수업지도 유형(학생관심도)과 학생의 수업태도 4개요인 중 교사의 학생관심도 요인이 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 넷째, 교사의 수업지도 유형(정보전달)과 학생의 수업태도 4요인중 참여도 요인이 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between high school physical education teachers’ teaching patterns and students’ learning attitude. In order to carry out the study issue, 4 high schools were selected that located in the Kangnam, Kangbuk, Kangdong and Kangsuh areas and 336 male and females high school students were sampled from those high schools. Frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for data.This study showed that high school physical education teachers’ teaching behaviorAs a result, the following findings were obtained:First, the factors relating to high school physical education teachers’ teaching patterns were found to include a total of 6 sub-factor such as preparation for classes, information delivery, diversity, enthusiasm for classes, safety guidance, and the level of interest in student. The factors relating of students’ learning attitude towards physical education were founded to include a total of 4 sub-factors such as the level of participation, activity, preparedness and stability.Second, an attempt was made to analyze the relationship between high school physical education teachers’ teaching patterns and students’ learning attitude(the level of participation, activity, preparedness and stability). As an result, it was found that there was a significant relationship between students’ activity and factors such as teachers’ information delivery and safety guidance(p<.05). There was a significant relationship between students’ preparedness and teachers’ level of interest in students(p<.05). And there was a significant relationship between students’ level of participation in classes and teachers’ information delivery(p<.05).
