        온도 , pH , NO3- , PO43- 가 팔장구말속 , Staurastrum punctulatum var. pygmaenum ( Brdb. ) West et West 의 성장률 및 형태변이에 미치는 영향

        Staurastrum punctulatum var. pygmaeum (Bre´b.) West et West was collected and isolated from Kumkwang-reservoir in Korea for taxonomical study. In order to investigate the change in cell shape, size and ornamentation of the cell wall, the isolate was cultured under different pH, temperature and nutrient conditions. In addition to the original 3 radiate semicell type of S. punctulatum var. pygmaeum (Bre´b.) West et West, 4,5 and 6 radiate forms appeared abundantly as the culture aged. The cell size became smaller, the length of the cell became longer than the width and the granules on the cell wall became less prominant to approach its type species S. punctulatum Ralfs. The radiation type of the semicell was affected by the concentration of NO_3^- in the medium but pH and PO_4^3- did not affect the semicell type. The optimum pH and temperature for the growth of S. punctulatum var. pygmaeum (Bre´b.) West et West were pH 6 and 7, and 25˚C, Ultrastructure of the cell wall was stable when observed with SEM.

      • 한국산 토양조의 분류학적 연구

        서울, 경기, 충청지역에서 채취한 토양에서 조류를 분리, 배양하고 그들의 생활사를 추적하여 16종을 분류하였다. 16종 중에 남조식물문 1종, 황녹색조식물문 1종과 녹조식물문 11종 도합 13종의 담수조가 한국산 토양조의 목록에 추가되었다. 16 species of soil algae were isolated from the soil sample collected in Seoul, Kyunggi and Chungchong area and cultured to examine their life cycle. Of the 16 taxa reported 1 species of Cyanophyta, 1 species of Xanthophyta and 11 species of Chlorophyta were newly added to the soil algae list of Korea.

      • 아산호 수환경의 연변화에 관한 연구

        1994년 3월부터 11월에 이르기까지 2개월에 1회씩 아산호 수역을 대상으로 환경 조사를 실시하였다. 기온과 수온은 7월에 가장 높게 나타났으며, pH는 7.0∼9.9사이의 중성에서 약알칼리성 범위로 나타났으며, 용존산소량은 4.20∼19.60㎎/L, 투명도는 0.01∼1.00m, 부유물질량은 10.5∼269.5㎎/L였고 평균 수심은 정점 3에서 6.26m로 조사되었다. 염소이온 농도는 26.6∼108.1㎎/L, 경도는 56∼208㎎/L, 알칼리도는 0.8∼2.6㎎/L, Silica농도는 0.454∼11.309㎎/L로 나타났다. 조류의 생장에 영향을 미치는 중요한 영양염류인 질소와 인의 농도를 살펴본 결과 아질산성 질소의 경우 0.006∼0.693㎎/L, 질산성질소는 0.088∼2.739㎎/L, 암모니아성 질소는 0.001∼4.038㎎/L, 총질소 농도는 1.282∼9.132㎎/L로 나타났고, 인산염 인의 농도는 0.033∼1.360㎎/L, 총인 농도는 0.077∼1.385㎎/L로 나타났다. The authors made investigations on some environmental factors of Asan reservoir area from March 1993 through November 1994. The water temperature was highest in July, the pH of the reservoir area was between 7.0 and 9.9. The average depth of the reservoir was 6.26 m at station 3. The amounts of Dissolved Oxygen and Suspended Solids were 4.20∼19.60㎎/L and 10.5∼269.5㎎/L each. The degree of Alkalinity was 0.8∼2.6㎎/L, concentrations of silica and Cl ion were 0.454∼11.309㎎/L and 26.6∼108.1㎎/L each. Concentrations of Nitrogen and Phosphorus which are most effective for the growth of algae were calculated. the results are as follow; ??: 0.006∼0.693㎎/L, ??: 0.088∼2.739㎎/L, ??: 0.001∼4.038㎎/L, Total Nitrogen: 1.282∼9.132㎎/L, ??: 0.033∼1.360㎎/L, Total Phosphorus: 0.077∼1.385㎎/L.

      • 八當댐 湛水水域의 植物 플랑크톤에 관한 硏究 : Ⅱ.植物 플랑크톤 種 組成의 變化 Ⅱ.The Changes of Phytoplankton Species Composition

        Changes of phytoplankton species composition in the Paldang Dam Reservoir were investigated and compared with the data reported since the construction of the Paldang Dam in 1972. Collections were made at four stations in the Paldang Dam Reservoir from April 1994 to October 1995. Diatoms were not included in this report. A total of 112 taxa belonging to 6 phyla, 7 classes, 11 orders, 22 families, 54 genera, 107 species and 5 varieties. The most abundant algal group was Chloro-phyta with 88 taxa, followed by Cyanophyta with 9 taxa, 5 taxa of Chrysophyta without diatoms. 4 taxa each of Euglenophyta and Pyrrhophyta and 2 taxa of Cryptophyta. Species of Chlorophyta such as Pandorina morum, Chlorella vulgaris, Coenococcus planctonicus, Scenedesmus maximus, Scenedesmus grahneisii, Coelastrum polychordum, Micractinium pusillum, Dictyosphaerium anomal-lum dominated during the spring and summer in 1994. Species of Cyanophyta; Anabaena spiroides, Merismopedia tenuissima, Aphanocapsa sp. were abundant from June to August. The total cell number was highest in August 1994 and dropped sharply in October which became lowest in December through February, then gradually increased from April to August. Aphanocapsa, Merismopedia, Oscillatoria, Coelastrum and Scenedesmus contributed t the highest cell number in August 1994. The dominant algal group during 1980’s was Bacillariophyceae but Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta increased rapidly and shifted the component of dominant species from Ba­cillariophyceae to Bacillariophyceae­Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta complex in 1990’s. This indicates the gradual eutrophication of the Paldang Dam Reservoir.

      • 한국산 녹조 Pediastrum duplex Meyen의 분류학적 연구

        한국내 서울, 경기도, 전남 등지의 호수 및 연못 20개 정점으로부터 Pediastrum duplex의 21개 분리군을 채집, 분리하였다. 실내배양을 통해 분리군의 군체 형성, 세포 모양, 주사전자현미경을 이용한 세표벽의 미세구조 관찰을 실시한 결과, P. duplex에 속하는 5변종이 밝혀졌다. 세포벽의 미세구조와 연변세포의 모양은 P. duplex의 분류에 있어 가장 중요한 식별형질이었다. Twenty-one strains of Pediastrum duplex were isolated from twenty different localities in Korea. The isolates were cultured in the laboratory and classified by observing the process of coenobia formation, shapes of the cells and ultrastructures of the cell wall using SEM. Five varieties of P. duplex were identified. Ultrastructures of the cell wall and shapes of the peripheral cells were the most reliable features in P. duplex taxonomy.
