Electric Limit Slip differential is adopted for Reducing Under Steer when corner exit with acceleration which is important to Front driven high performance vehicle. First, Vehicle Modeling of inner wheel traction changing according to weight transfer at cornering is applied. And control logic by monitoring inner wheel slip amount is added for preparing out of case of the inner wheel traction modelling logic prediction. Second, OS control logic is applied by monitoring yaw rate deviation between vehicle yaw rate and target yaw rate for stabilizing vehicle when OS condition detected. Third, cooperative control strategy with ESC system is applied for decoupling of eLSD/ESC system overlapped control timing. Therefore, Weak point of Under steer when corner exit with acceleration of front driven high performance vehicle is overcome by eLSD system applied

미군 작전법은 독립전쟁 당시에 기원을 두기는 하나 본격적으로는 1983년 그라나다 작전을 계기로 발전하였다. 미군 작전법 내용을 살펴보면 미국이 비준하지 않은 제네바 추가의정서 등을 포함하여 비준여부와 관계없이 국제인도법의 주요내용을 포함하고 있다. 미국은 ‘법의 지배’란 헌법 정선에 따라 국제인도법 준수의지를 자국 국내법규에 세밀히 반영하고 있으며 일반 야전교범 및 장병 숙지사항 등에도 반영하고 있다. 즉, 국제인도법의 기본정신 및 주요내용은 미군 법체계 내에 충실히 들어와 있음을 알 수 있다. 미군 헌법 제1조 8항은 군대에 관한 제반 법규는 의회에서 제정권이 있음을 밝히고 있으며, 이 조항에 따라 군사법제도를 비롯한 각종 군 관련 입법이 이루어졌다. 전쟁법 위반에 관한 처벌은 Title 18의 Chapter 118, section 2441에 나와 있으며 1996년에는 ’전쟁범죄법(War Crimes Act)’이 별도로 제정되었다. 또한 국방성은 Directives형태로 각 군 조직 및 구성원들의 전쟁 법 준수를 명령하고 있다. 구체적으로는 작전법 핸드북(Operational Law Handbook)에서 전쟁법이 적용될 만한 제반 상황을 자세히 다루고 있다.(본 논문은 2007년판 미군 작전법을 주로 참고함) . 작전법 핸드북은 그 자체로 법규적 효력을 갖는 것은 아니지만 국제인도법 관련 제반 성문, 불문법을 포괄하고 있어 미군들이 핸드북의 지시 내지 설명을 그대로 준수하게끔 하는 사실상의 효과를 갖고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 특히, 우리나라는 2012년 전시작전권 전환을 앞두고 있어 독자적인 작전능력 증강이 그 어느 때보다 중요한 시점에 있어, 미군 작전법에 관한 연구는 한국군의 작전법 연구역량에도 많은 도움이 될 것으로 확신한다. 그렇지만, 그동안 이 분야에 관심과 연구가 많지 않았던 것도 사실이고, 이번의 논문을 계기로 작전역량을 높이는 작전법 연구의 활성화에 많은 진전이 있기를 기대한다. In the U.S, Operational Law has developed as an independent study area in the military since 1983, although it has its origin in The Revolutionary War. A major part of Operational Law includes Law of War which incorporates most of International Humanitarian Law. Irrespective of the fact the U.S has not ratified some of IHL conventions, domestic laws and regualtions strictly requires most of IHL contents. Also, deeply rooted tradition of "rule of law", supported by the Constitution, enables strict enforcement of the major provisions. That is to say, general spirit and major provisions of IHL is in practice well enforced in the U.S. military. Art. 1(8) of the U.S Constitution states that the Congress shall have power to make Rules for the Government and Regulation for the land and naval Forces. According to this Article, military statutes were legislated including Unified Code Military Justices. Punishments for encroachment of the provisions related to Law of War is stated in Title 18 (Crimes and Criminal Procedure, Chapter 118, section 2441). Also, DoD Directives concerning Law of War generally applies to the members of the U.S. military. More specifically, Operational Law Handbook describes how soldiers do in any circumstances where Law of War issues may arise. This article covers the detailed contents of the Handbook written in 2007. Handbook itself does not have legal effects on soldiers, however, it absorbs almost what international treaties and customary law requires and actually confines them within the boundary of law of war. In that sense, as ROK's independent operation capability becomes more important in the particular period that wartime operational command is supposed to be transferred to Korea in 2012. As such, a study on IHL in the sphere of Operational Law of the U.S. military will surely contribute to ROK's operational law capability. Up to now, not too many researches were produced in this field, and more attention and studies are anticipated to be developed to enrich the IHL scholarship as well as to be effectively applied to practical use.
