이 글에서는 1938년 10월 10일의 조선의용대 창설 기념사진에 찍힌 몇몇 중국인들과 관련된 자료들을 조사, 발굴, 수집한 결과를 식별, 감정하고 규명하였다. 아울러 조선의용대 창설 준비와 초기 조직과정도 논하였다. 또한 일반 중국인들이 어떻게 조선의용대에 참여하게 되었는지, 그들은 누구였는지, 그들의 임무는 과연 무엇이었는지 등을 연구하였다. 한국독립운동에 대한 그들의 소소한 기여도 논했으며, 그들이 조선의용대를 떠난 뒤의 행적 또한 밝혀냈다. 본고에는 총 9장의 사진이 실렸는데, 그 중 2장은 조선의용대 기념사진이며 나머지 7장은 일반 중국인과 관련된 개인사진 자료로서, 이를 통해 조선의용대 내부의 중국인들이 누구인지 밝혀냈다. 이 중국인들은 중국항일전쟁사에서 한·중 양국 관계와 관련되는 역사적 대사건에 참여하였다. 이 역사적 대사건은 예전부터 한국독립운동사에 포함되어왔으며, 이제 그들은 재차 역사적 확인과 인정을 받게 되는 것이다. This article, through a review of a famous historic photo dated October 10, 1938 for the founding of Korean Volunteer Corps(hereafter KVC) in Wuhan, China, investigated, excavated, collected, identified, characterized and ascertained a few ordinary Chinese in KVC. The article describes the incubation, organization and formation of Korean Volunteers Corp, discovers how a few Chinese joining the Corp, reviews who they were, discusses what work and modest contribution they did for KVC and the Korean independence movement, and reveals their different paths and personal outcomes after they left KVC. The article also provides nine historical photos, in which, two photos are KVC Commemorations and other seven are archived personal photos for the authentication of those Chinese in KVC. These ordinary Chinese, involved in international relations between China and Korea, participated in a major historical event during Sino-Japanese War. This big event has been commemorated into the history of Korean independence movement long ago, and now these ordinary Chinese have also been historically recognized and confirmed.
