최근 해안지역을 중심으로 단지조성 및 배후지구 시설에 대한 설계 및 시공이 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 해안지역은 초연약 지반의 특성을 가지며 부지 확보를 위한 지반의 개량이 필수적으로 요구된다. 정확한 지반의 개량을 위해서는 점성토 지반의 불교란 시료를 확보하여 실내실험을 통한 지반공학적 특성을 규명해야한다. 기존의 연구결과에 따르면 국내의 경우 점성토 지반은 퇴적환경에 따라 지역별 지반정수 특성의 차이가 나타날 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 서해안의 인천 및 남해안의 광양지역의 해성점토에 대한 물리⋅역학적 특성을 비교/분석하여 대표적인 특성을 정리하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 설계 및 시공 시 수행된 지반조사 결과를 취합하여 인천지역 445개소, 광양지역 844개소의 data를 이용하여 두 지역의 물리⋅역학적 특성을 비교하고, 액성한계와 자연함수비, 유효상재하중과 선행압밀하중, 압축지수와 액성한계, 압축지수와 자연함수비의 회귀 분석을 통한 상관식을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 광양지역의 점토에서 점토분이 상대적으로 우세한 것으로 나타났으며, 자연함수비, 액성한계, 소성지수, 액성지수, 초기 간극비, 압축지수가 큰 값을 나타냈다. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of projects involving the planning and construction of business complex facilities and land development in coastal regions. However, coastal regions are characterized by very soft clay soil. Consequently, such clay soil needs to be augmented for facilitating land procurement. Furthermore, to realize land improvement, the associated geotechnical characteristics need to be analyzed through laboratory tests by acquiring pristine samples of cohesive soil. According to the results obtained from previous studies, the characteristics of the cohesive soil found in Korea can vary depending on the region and depositional environment. The objective of this study is to examine the representative physical and mechanical characteristics of marine clay found in Namhae coast (Gwangyang) and Seohae coast (Incheon) by comparing and analyzing these characteristics. To this end, land examinations were conducted during planning and construction, and data were gathered from 445 sites in Incheon and 844 sites in Gwangyang for comparing the associated physical and mechanical characteristics. Subsequently, by conducting regression analysis, equations of correlation between liquid limit and natural water content, effective surface load and pre-consolidation load, compression index and liquid limit, and compression index and natural water content were deduced. The obtained results indicate that compared to the soil found in Incheon, the clay fraction, natural water content, liquid limit, plasticity index, liquidity index, initial void ratio, and compression index of the soil found in Gwangyang are higher.
FIR과 FGR 기법이 적용된 메탄-공기 대향류 확산화염에서 화염구조와 NO 배출 연구

Flame characteristics and NO emission behavior in CH4/air-air premixed counterflow flames with applying FIR and FGR with CO₂ and H₂O were investigated numerically by varying the ratios of FIR and FGR as well as global strain rate. Chemical effects of added CO₂ and H₂O via FIR and FGR were analyzed through comparing flame characteristics and NO behaviors from real species(CO₂ and H₂O) with those from their artificial species(XCO₂ and XH₂O) which have the same thermochemical, radiative, and transport properties to those for the real species. The results showed that flame temperature and NO emission with FIR varied much more sensitively than that with FGR. Those varied little irrespective of adding CO₂, H₂O, and their artificial species to the fuel stream via FIR. However, Those were varied complicatedly by chemical effects of added CO₂ and H₂O via FGR. Detailed analyses for them were made and discussed.
