지역안전지수와 지방소멸지수를 활용한 지역위험 유형화 및 지역행복과의 퍼지셋 결합관계 분석

이 연구는 지역재난위험과 지역소멸위험을 기준으로 광역자치단체들의 유형을 분류하고, 위험수준과 지역행복과의 관련성을 탐색하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 광역자치단체 간 위험도 요소를 ‘지역재난위험’과 ‘지방소멸위험’으로 구분하였고, 지역재난위험은 지역안전지수를 지표로, 지방소멸위험은 지방소멸지수를 지표로 활용하였다. 또한, 지역행복으로 정의된 ‘지역 삶의 만족도’와의 관련성을 확인하였다. 즉 2018-2019년 17개 광역자치단체로 연구범위를 한정하고, 2018년 지역안전지수 및 지방소멸지수 등의 원인조건과 2019년 지역 삶의 만족도라는 결과조건의 관련성을 퍼지셋분석을 적용하여 분석결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 지역행복과 지역위험 간 충분조건 원인조합은 총 1가지 형태로 확인되었다. 전체 설명력은 58.1%, 전체 충분조건 원인조합의 일관성은 84.9%로 확인되었다. 지역행복을 높이는데 1가지 형태의 원인조건이 성립한 것이다. 지역재난위험 수준↓(E↑), 지방소멸위험 수준↓(F↑)인 지역에서 행복수준이 높을 수 있다고 분석되었다. This study was conducted to classify the types of regional governments based on regional disaster risk and regional extinction risk, and to explore the relationship between risk level and regional happiness. The scope of the study was limited to 17 metropolitan governments in 2018-2019, and fuzzy set analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between the cause conditions such as the 2018 regional safety index and local extinction index and the result condition such as the local life satisfaction in 2019. As a result of the analysis, one type of cause combination of sufficient conditions between regional happiness and regional risk was identified. The overall explanatory power was 58.1%, and the consistency of all sufficient condition combinations was confirmed to be 84.9%. It was analyzed that the level of happiness could be high in regions with the regional disaster risk level↓(E↑) and the local extinction risk level↓(F↑).
