Recently amongst Korea`s construction companies there has been heightened interest in environment load reduction and resource recycling. As a result, the construction industry is examining recycled materials alternative to cement and blast-furnace slag (BS henceforth) cement, such as waste refractories and desulfurized plaster. This study analyzes the liquidity and intensity characteristics of mortar according to changes in replacement ratios of waste refractories and desulfurized plaster, used as industry by-products in mortar environments that use BS 3-type cements and circulated fine aggregate. As a result, the greater the increase in replacement ratios of desulfurized plaster, the greater the increase in liquidity and air quantity, as well as compression strength.

In this research, the density value of the turbid solution is measured by using the principle of inexpensive but easy Hydrometer method for cement delivered to the actual raw concrete plant, By analyzing the correlation of powder aid, we will try to present a scheme that can be utilized as a method of acquisition acquisition inspection. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a large difference between the measured powders assisted with cement powder on the report, and the correlation with the actually measured powder aid Hydrometer density value was good. Therefore, using the method of Fig. 3, it was possible to know that the degree of powder quality of cement delivered to the raw concrete factory can be evaluated quickly and utilized at the time of argument inspection.

This research team has developed single silk white bubble sheets to be used as surface sheath curing material for spring, summer, and autumn. But though its effects for spring and autumn temperature conditions have been proved, there haven`t been any studies for summer temperature conditions. Therefore in this study, single silk white bubble sheets and single silk transparent bubble sheets as well as aluminum metalizing single silk bubble sheets have been applied to actual box-frame apartment slabs in construction, in order to compare temperature backgrounds of the concrete and other qualities. Upon application, the temperature of concrete cured in summer temperature conditions showed excellent scores, being the lowest for aluminum metalizing single silk white bubble sheets, then single silk transparent bubble sheets. But the aluminum metalizing single silk bubble sheet gave off a harmful glare, so for actual use, white single silk bubble sheets are recommended.
