한정식 레스토랑의 유형에 따른 고객의 선택속성에 대한 연구: IPA 분석을 기반으로

This study is to figure out the customers’ choice attributes for the type of Korean restaurants using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) methodology. In this study, we classified the Korean restaurants into three groups by the type of food quality, employee service quality, physical environment, price and value; fine, modern, and casual restaurant. This study used the Likert 7-point scaled questionnaires measuring customers’ choice attributes such as sixteen restaurant attributes, and employed the IPA methodology to map out the importance that customers place on individual restaurant attributes and how they affect customer satisfaction by the type and gender of Korean restaurants. The results address strategic operational plans tailored to individual type of Korean food restaurant to reduce the customers’ perception gap on restaurant attributes between customer’s importance and their satisfaction. This study offers strategic alternatives for managing customers’ restaurant choice attributes that are suitable for multiple types of Korean food restaurants, including fine, modern, and casual restaurant types that are categorized by the food quality served, employee service procedures employed, physical internal and external environment, and price and value.

코로나19 팬더믹 이후 공직사회에서도 재택근무 이용이 급증하였다. 일-가정 양립 및 우수 인력을 유지하는 차원에서 재택근무가 더욱 확대될 가능성이 논의되는 상황에 재택근무의 영향요인 및 재택근무 만족도 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 2021년 공직생활 실태조사를 활용하여, 재택근무 이용여부(로짓분석)와 재택근무 만족도(회귀분석)에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하였다. 분석결과 재택근무 이용과 만족도에 있어 중요한 부분으로 개인이 맡고 있는 업무의 특성이 관련되어 있었으며, 개방적인 조직문화와 조직내 상하 또는 수평적 원활한 의사소통도 중요성을 확인하였다. 또한 업무량이 많은 경우에 재택근무 이용빈도가 증가하게 되면 재택근무 만족도가 더욱 낮아지는 반면, 조직내 수평적 의사소통이 원활한 경우에는 재택근무 이용빈도가 증가하면 만족도가 더욱 높아지는 조절효과도 확인하였다. 따라서 수시 또는 주기적으로 재택근무를 하는 경우, 업무량에 대한 관리와 협업 및 의사소통 채널을 구축이 재택근무 활성화를 위해 필요하다. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the public sector has witnessed a significant rise in the utilization of telework. With this trend expected to continue in the future, telework is imperative for personnel management to maintain an excellent workforce and enhance employees' work-life balance. To this end, we examined the factors that affect telework usage and satisfaction. The analysis revealed that the critical factors contributing to the usage and satisfaction of telework are strongly related to the individual's work characteristics. The study also confirmed that an open and flexible organizational culture, as well as effective communication, play a vital role in promoting telework. Moreover, the research demonstrated a positive correlation between the frequency of telework and its satisfaction. However, the study also identified a moderator effect where an increased frequency of telework led to decreased satisfaction among employees with a heavy workload. In contrast, employees who had good horizontal communication reported higher levels of satisfaction with telework, even with an increased frequency of telework. In managing the workload of employees and carrying out tasks efficiently, it was found that establishing an effective collaboration system and communication channels are crucial to ensure successful teleworking.
