만성간질환(慢性肝疾患)에 대한 Glutathion(TATHION)의 임상적(臨床的) 관찰

In this report, clinical effects on the chronic liver diseases, 9 cases of active chronic hepatitis and 5 cases of postnecrotic cirrhosis, were discussed with administration of TATHION (glutathione). All of the cases were injected 100 ㎎. of TATHION daily for 45-72 days. According to follow up observation, most of the patients felt good condition on the subjective symptoms. Particularly general fatigue, anorexia and nausea were disappeared during a couple of weeks with TATHION injection. On the liver function tests the patients except three complicated and physical signs also remarkable recovery could be seen in cases.

In this report, a case of life spane in the final host of the clonorchis sinensis is reported. A 45 vears old man has a history of exposuring himself to cionorchis sinensis by ingestion of raiv fresh water-fish such as carps fished in the Hva-Cheon take in Kang Won Do, on July, 1957. Then, the clonorchis'sinenis vas found on feces accidently in physical examination on Oct. 1962, However, any subjective symptoms have not been conplained. Previousli, this patient had not been exposed to clonorchis sinenis and since 1957, he bas not also been reinfestated ivith clonorchis sinensis. On the physical examination, no any specific findings was revealed with the exception of 1 F.R. palpable liver which is not tender and has smooth surface with normaI consistency and edge. All of the laboratory findings including tbe liver function tests were witbin normal Jimit. Prior to April 1970, the patient had serious fecal exan:ination at least once or twice yearly and continusely positive result of clonorcbis sinensis eggs obtained, nevertliless, observed negative finding of clonorchis sinensis eggs on fecal examination nerformed 3 times between 16th Apr. 70 and 19th Jan. 71. Therefore, sve obtained the fact in this case that clonorchis sinensis has survived the last 13 years in the final host.
