        국내외 장스팬 구조물의 고유진동수 비교

        최근의 대공간구조물은 장스팬화 됨은 물론이고 경량화되면서 면외 방향의 강성이 매우 작아지고 있다. 이로 인하여 공력불안정 진동의 발생 여부는 물론이고 연성구조물의 판단시에도 고유진동수의 정확한 산정이 필요하다. 그러나 국내외 대공간구조물의 고유진동수 제안식에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 국내 7개 공간구조물의 고유치해석에서 얻은 근사식을 일본건축학회 고유치해석에 근거한 2가지 제안식과 일본의 28개 공간구조물의 계측치에서 얻은 고유진동수 근사식을 비교하였다. 지붕의 고유진동수는 스팬이 증가함에 따라서 작아지는 경향을 확인하였다. 국내의 고유진동수 값은 전반적으로 일본의 공간구조물의 해석과 계측에 근거한 고유진동수보다 동일한 스팬에서 작은 경향을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 국내 공간구조물의 지붕은 일본의 경우보다 비교적 연성구조물인 것을 확인할 수 있다. As a recent spatial structure have become long-spaned and light, stiffness of out-plane is reduced significantly. Due to this, it is necessary to calculate natural frequency correctly to check if structure is flexible or vortex-induced vibration is occurred. However, formula of frequency in domestic and foreign spatial structure has not been performed deeply. In this study, approximated formula obtained by eigenvalue analysis of seven domestic spatial structure is compared with two suggestions based on Japanese standard and formula by measurement of 28 spatial structure in Japan. Natural frequency of roof has a tendency to be reduced as the span of structure increases. Natural frequency of domestic structure is generally less than that of analysis and measurement of spatial structure in Japan. Therefore, it is confirm that roof of domestic spatial structure is relatively rather flexible than that of Japan.

        강풍시 고층건물의 진동특성 및 사용성 평가

        철골조 고층건물을 대상으로 풍응답계측을 실시하여, 감쇠율과 고유진동수의 진폭의존성을 검토하였다. 진폭의존성의 검토를 위하여 RD법을 사용하였다. RD법에 의한 진동특성을 하프파워법에 의한 진동특성과 비교하여 두 방법 사이의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 또한 일본, 캐나다기준에 의한 강풍시의 사용성평가를 통하여 두 가지 방법의 적용성을 검토하였다. RD법에 의하여 감쇠율의 진폭의존성을 확인하였으며, 고유진동수의 진폭의존성은 공학적인 의미에서 상대적으로 매우 작은 것을 확인하였다. 또한 계측건물은 사용성을 만족하였으며, 일본기준이 캐나다기준보다 더욱 엄격함을 확인하였다. After measuring wind induced response for a high-rise steel building, the damping ratio and natural frequency were analyzed in this paper. In order to examine amplitude dependence, random decrement method was used. Two methods were analyzed by comparing dynamic properties from random decrement method and half powered-band width method. In addition, through serviceability evaluation during strong wind, compatibility of two methods to Japanese guidelines for the evaluation of habitability to building vibration and national building code of Canada was considered. The amplitude dependence of the damping ratio by RD method was shown and the amplitude dependence of the natural frequency was relatively very small in an aspect of engineering sense. Moreover, the measured building was satisfied with serviceability and Japanese guideline is stricter than NBCC code.

        버스와 지하철 진동에 대한 중층건물의 진동특성

        This paper is concerned with the vibration characteristics of medium-rise building, which severely vibrated by vehicles. The field vibration measurement was employed for finding the vibration source and vibration reducing method. Time domain data from measurements were also utilized for vibration characteristics, such as effect of buses and subways-induced vibration on the floor vibration of the building. effectiveness of the vibration reducing method was also demonstrated. 교통진동의 영향을 받는 중층건물의 진동특성에 관한 논문이다. 현장진동계측은 진동원과 진동감소대책을 위하여 실시되었다. 시간영역 진동데이터는 버스와 지하철로 인한 건물에 전달된 진동 영향 등의 진동특성을 위하여 이용되었다. 진동대책을 통한 진동감소의 효과 역시 입증할 수 있었다.

        보도교 상판의 감쇠율 분석

        In Seoul, total 27 places of foot-bridges were chosen to evaluate the damping ratio through vibration measurement by mobile-phone application. Model vibration test was performed to compare the natural frequency and damping ratio between the conventional accelerometer and mobile-phone application. Measured average damping was compared with the one of Bachmann. The relation between the damping ratio and span was also investigated. Measured average damping ratio was greater than that of Bachmann. It was shown that there is no distinct trend between damping and span.

        가성 부갑상선 기능저하증의 이형 석회화 치험례

        Purpose: Pseudohypoparathyroidism is a hereditary disorder characterized by symptoms and signs of hypoparathyroidism, typically in association with distinctive skeletal and developmental defects. Hypoparathyroidism is caused by a insufficient end-organ response to PTH (parathyroid hormone). Hypoparathyroidism consists of four types in which the most common form, pseudohypoparathyroidism-Ia, accompany with Albright's hereditary osteodystrophy. We experienced a case of a woman who had been suffering from calcified mass on left foot, diagnosed Albright's hereditary osteodystrophy. Methods: We present a case of a 24-year-old Korean female who visited plastic surgery department with a painful mass on dorsum of the left foot. On the physical exam, bony hard and painful mass, fixed to dermis, was noted. Plain X-ray films demonstrate suspicious calcification on subcutaneous tissue of dorsum of the left foot. The patient was diagnosed pseudohypoparathyroidism 2 years ago at the plastic surgery department. At the visiting time, the laboratory results were within normal range even though the patient actually had a disease. The reason is because the patient has been treated with Vit.D, calcium replacement therapy and thyroid hormone therapy. Moreover, the patient has been treated with anticonvulsant agents due to epilepsy. On the brain computer tomography (CT), calcification was noted on the basal ganglia and dentate nucleus. So we decided the total excision of entire mass from the left foot. Results: We excised main mass with numerous pinhead sized masses which were scattered around the main mass. The $6.0{\times}4.0{\times}0.5\;cm$ sized main mass was bony hard, and its surface was flat and margin was irregular. The permanent biopsy was confirmed that the main mass and all the scattered tiny masses were heterotopic calcification. The patient did not suffer from the pain after the mass excision. The wound has been healed without any problem. Conclusions: Heterotrophic calcification is often accompanied with pseudohypoparathyroidism, but such a huge one is uncommon. We report a case of pseudohypoparathyroidism with heterotrophic calcification developed in dorsum of left foot who was diagnosed by excisional biopsy.
