기술이전을 위한 기술수요자 중심의 가치평가 방법론 개발

기술 가치평가는 개발된 기술에 대한 사업화 과정에서 사업타당성을 평가할 수 있는 근거가 된다. 그러나 기술 자체의 평가에만 초점을 두는 전통적인 평가 방법은 구매자의 입장을 충분히 반영하지 못하는 한계를 지니고 있기 때문에, 평가된 기술의 가치는 실제 시장에서 체감하는 정도와 차이를 보일 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 실제 가치평가의 주요 거래자라 할 수 있는 수요자 입장을 반영한 기술가치 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 평가방법은 첫째 기술의 본질적인 가치를 평가하는 기술성 요인, 수요자의 환경·역량 등을 평가하는 기술수요자 요인, 시장가치를 나타내는 시장성 요인을 도출하고 이들의 연관관계를 분석한다. 둘째, 요인 간 연계 구조를 토대로 수익접근법에 의해 기술의 기대이익을 산출한다. 마지막으로, 산출된 기대이익은 현가화하여 최종적인 기술 가치를 나타낸다. 제안된 방법론을 ‘유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 시스템과 이를 이용한 음성서비스 및 조명제어 방법’ 기술에 적용하여 가치 평가를 수행하였으며, 평가 결과를 산업통상자원부에서 배포한 기술가치평가 가이드에 따른 기술가치평가와 비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 기술가치평가 방법은 보다 정량적이고 체계적인 접근법에 기반하였으며, 기술거래 이해관계자의 입장을 반영한 기술이전을 위한 의사결정지원 도구로서 활용될 수 있다. Technology valuation is necessary for determining the feasibility of technology commercialization. However, existing methods focus only on technology evaluation, with limitation in sufficiently reflecting buyer viewpoint. In addition, it causes a gap between estimated value and market value. Therefore, this research suggests a new technology valuation method which focuses on the perspectives of buyers. Technology factors, buyer factors and market factors are first determined and their relationships are analyzed. Second, based on the relationships, profit projections are calculated using the discount cash flow method. Finally, profit projections for each year are discounted. The proposed method was applied using the ubiquitous home network system and audio service and illumination control method and results compared with the value of a technology valuation guide distributed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. The technology valuation approach used in this research is quantitative and systematic and can be used as a decision making support tool in technology transfer, reflecting various perspectives of stakeholders.

On UX/UI fields, understanding emerging technology is important for preoccupancy of a future market. Most of emerging field searching methods are qualitative methods. However, it is suitable for large companies to adduce its milestone, not for small enterprises. Thus, this study aims at purposing the improvement of utilizability for research field searching processes. We draw core patents with modified patent citation data, apply the Girvan-Newman clustering method based on bibliographic coupling patent relationship and then, draw emerging technology research UX/UI fields. Finally, the results were validated in comparison with a report on emerging research.
