      • Trilobal Cross Section HDPE/PP Copolymer Filament의 力學的 性質에 관한 연구

        HDPE/PP copolymer the filament manded Trilobal Cross Section was blended with blend ratio of PP : PE=90 : 10(%). The material got from this process was drawed by varying draw temperature and draw ratio. The change in each draw material's crystallinity and degree of Orientation were records. Then, the changes in their machanical properties such as initial modulus, tensile strength, and elongotion were observed. The physical properties of each materials were compared with each other. The results of this experiment are as follows: 1. As draw ratio increased, crystallinity, degree of orientation, and initial modulus increased but elongation decreased. 2. Characteristic of change in fine structure and physical properties according to the variation of draw temperature was found. At draw temperature 80℃ couldn't find change of Crystalline Index according to the draw ratio, but at draw temperature 90℃, 100℃ Crystalline Index increased. 3. The tensile strength and the initial modulus according to the increasement of crystallinity and degree of orientation showed the tendency of nearly linear proportion.

      • 市販 洗劑의 表面張力이 洗滌性에 미치는 影響

        As observing surface tension according to the change of temperature and concentration of detergents, considerated washing efficiency according to the change of temperature and concentration. From the preceding paragraphs, acquired the results as follows. 1. The concentration is getting higher and the surface tension of defergent lower. But, it marked minimum at 0.2 to 0.3%, and the serial sequence of surface tension is as follows, synthetic soap detergent. 2. In the correlation between surface tension and temperature is getting higher, and the surface tension lower. There is a big gap according to temperature in the low concentration, but, no gap according to temperature in the concentr ation of 0.5% and above. 3. In the relation between washing efficiency rate concentration, most of detergents represent high washing efficiency at 0.2% to 0.3% concentration of detergent, didn't represent the increase of washing efficiency at 0.5% and above. And, serial sequence of washing efficiency rate is follows enzyme〉soap〉synthetic detergent. 4. In the relation between washing efficiency rate and temperature, soap represent the continous increase of washing efficiency rate according to the continous increase of temperature. but, synthetic detergent and enzyme didn't represent the increase at 30℃ to and adove. 5. The surface tension is getting lower and the washing efficiency higher. From both sides, relative fomula is as follows y=-1.15χ+46.

      • 撥水,透濕加工 外皮布의 熱遮斷能에 關한 硏究

        Transference of heat througth textile clothing is a difficult problem involving structure, porosity and hydrous of fabrics. It has long been know that thermal insulation of the textile fabrics were carried out with the constant temperature disc method. The experiments of this work were used by the warmth retaining tests, under-wear cotton fabric and out-wear polyester fabric. Governing of air volume were formed by the bakelight doubling number and the iron builded up holes. The conclusion were following; 1. When the airvolume increase by the doubling of bakelight flat, the clo-value was increased. 2. Comparing with the out-fabric finishing air layer. The reason may be that the porosity of the fabric structure and non-convection in the fine pore is influenced. 3. The clo-value is the great at the air hole type compared with that of the flat air type, and this time it was shown to be great at the low yarn number fabric compared with the high yarn number fabric. 4. When the water bath is setted on the test plate, evaporate of moisture under textile fabrics was influenced at the thermal transfer, and it was increased with the flowing air speed stage.

      • 强制流風下에서 織物의 空氣層이 熱遮斷能에 미치는 影響

        In this paper, it is used four typical clothes for the experiment of the thermal resistance. The thermal resistance was discusr with the various conditions of fabrics that it is reiteration, thickness. air permeability, specific volume, porosity, angle and speed of the air flow. From the experimental results. the following conclusions were obtained. 1. As the thickness of fabric increased by the reiteration of clothes, the clo value were increased. 2. Generally, the proportional relationships between the clo value and the specific volume, and between the clo value and the porosity were found. 3. In proportion as the density of each fabric increases, the more clo values were increased. 4. The clo value of all typical clothes was much decreased by increasing the wind speed, from O㎝/sec, to 400㎝/sec., however for above was slow tendency. 5. In the case of filament fabrics, as the more large angle of the air flowing, clo values were increased, but for spun fabric the clo values were decreased by the more large angle of the flowing.

      • 노인의 활동량이 체형 및 영양필요량에 미치는 영향(I) : 노년기 여성의 일반적 특성을 중심으로 Environmental condition of elderly women

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the environmental conditions of elderly women to understand the relationship between their habitual physical activity and life style. The survey was conducted on 426 elderly women over 60 years living in Tae-gu, Kyung-book area from July 19 to August 11, 1989. The results are summarized as following : (1) Demographic information indicated that half of the subjects were in 70th and their average age was 70.1 years. (2) Questions about family environment, education level and pocket money showed that 73.5% of elderly women lived with their children and 71.6% of the subjects were illiterate and spent 10,000∼20,000 won as pocket money per month on the average. (3) Anthropometric assessment indicated that their average height, arm circumference and skinfold thickness were lower than other reported values for Korean elderly. (4) Dietary intake data revealed that average daily intake of vitamin A, riboflavin and vitamin C were lower than 80% of Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA) level. (5) Correlation matrix of the variables showed that habitual physical activity was highly negatively, correlated with age.(P<0.001)
