이혼자의 성장 경험에 대한 해석학적 현상학 연구 - 법원 미술심리상담실 이용자 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 법원 미술심리상담실 이용자의 이혼 후 성장에 관한 구체적인 경험을 알아보고 그 의미를 해석하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 법원 미술심리상담실을 이용한 이혼자 7인이다. 자료 수집은 2017년 2월부터 2020년 6월까지 심층 면접을 통해 이루어졌다. 심층 면접은 이혼 후 성장에 관한 미술 작업을 실시 한 뒤, 그에 따른 경험을 이야기하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학을 바탕으로 하였다. 연구자는 연구 참여자의 미술 작품과 함께 일화와 연구 참여자들의 내러티브를 통해서 이혼 후 성장 경험을 드러내는 데 집중하였다. 연구 결과 이혼자들은 이혼 후 성장에 있어 단일한 차원에서 이루어지지 않았음을 확인하였다. 참여자들은 주체성 회복을 통해 새로이 태어나 자신, 타인, 환경과의 관계 회복을 경험하게 하였다. 더불어 그들은 이 모든 과정을 생의 일부로 여겨 순응하고, 내적 성숙이 이루어지는 것임을 밝혔다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이혼자의 외상 후 성장 지원, 외상 후 실존적 차원에서의 성장에 대해 논의를 하였다. 본 연구의 결과와 논의를 근거로 법원 미술심리상담 활성화에 대한 구체적 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this research was to examine the specific, post-divorce growth experiences of court art therapy counseling users and to interpret the meaning of the results. The research participants were the seven divorcees who participated in court art therapy counseling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from February 2017 to June 2020. In the in-depth interviews, the participants discussed their experiences after completing artwork related to post-divorceg rowth. Data analysis was based on Van Manen s hermeneutic phenomenology. The researcher focused on disclosing post-divorce growth experiences through the participants’ narratives alongside participants’ artwork and anecdotes. The study results confirmed the post-divorce growth of the divorcees was not one-dimensional. Rather, the research showed that participants experienced improved relationships with themselves, others, and the environment by newly born being through the restoration of independence. In addition, they accepted all of these processes as part of their lives and achieved internal maturity. Based on these results, there was a discussion about the support for growth in post-traumatized divorcees and post-traumatic growth at the existential level. Building on the study results and discussions, specific proposals were made about how to further improve and invigorate court art therapy counseling.
