제도적 아노미 이론을 통한 러시아 조직적 경제범죄 분석: 러시아 체제전환 사례

제도적 아노미와 범죄증가의 관계를 밝히는 데 가장 적절한 사례는 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 1990년대의 러시아가 될 것이다. 이 시기 러시아는 개혁, 개방을 통해 급격한 체제변환을 경험 했다. 이 과정에서 러시아 마피아 현상으로 대변되는 급격한 사회해체와 가파른 범죄의 증가와 확산을 경험했다. 그리고 그러한 충격의 여파는 아직까지 러시아 사회와 경제에 심각한 구조적 문제와 결함으로 남아있다. 이런 맥락에서 이 연구는 1990년대 러시아라는 공간에 초점을 맞춘 사례연구를 시도한다. 제도적 아노미 이론을 러시아 사례에 적용함으로서 환경변화가 유발하는 범죄의 증가라는 인과관계를 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 적절한 대응전략을 제안한다. 이 연구의 수행을 위해서는 러시아 현지에서 실시한 러시아 현지 주민들과의 질적 인터뷰 자료와 현지 참여관찰 기록이 주요하게 사용될 것이다. 이 밖에도 1990년대에 러시아의 사회 상황과 조직적 경제범죄와 관련된 미디어 보도자료 들을 활용하였다. 러시아 조직범죄와 관련된 전문가들의 논문과 보고서, 그리고 인터뷰 내용 역시 분석에 활용되었다. 이 연구는 제도적 아노미가 거시적 구조적 차원에서의 경제적 조직범죄의 증가에 영향을 미치는 것을 보여준다. The 1990s Russia is the most appropriate case that uncovers the causal relationship between institutional anomie and the rise of crime. During this period, the Russian society experienced abrupt system transitions through Perestroika and Glasnost. Such changes produced critical social disintegrations and serious crime problems called Russian mafia phenomenon. The scar of the deep-impacts still remains as the structural problems and defects of the today`s Russian society and economy. In this context, this study focuses on the 1990s Russian society through a case study. It uncovers the causal relationship from environmental-structural change to the rise of crime and proposes appropriate countermeasures by applying institutional anomie theory into the Russian case. For the conduct of this study, data was collected through qualitative interviews with Russian people and participant observations in Russia. Besides, other sources were used for content analysis. such sources include media reports, expert articles, and expert opinions. This study shows that institutional anomie affects the rise of economic organized crime
