자동차 항만 서비스 품질과 만족도의 관계에서 접근과 회피의 매개효과

우리나라에서의 자동차 산업은 중요한 국가기간 산업으로 자동차 항만은 수출입 과정에서 효율성을 좌우하는 인프라로 자동차 항만에 대한 다방면의 구체적인 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 자동차 항만 서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 김학수 외(2015) 연구의 후속연구로 접근과 회피라는 소비감정과의 관계성을 추가로 확인하기 위하여 기존 연구모형을 확장 수정하여 재설계하였다. 유형성, 신뢰 및 반응성, 공감성 등 자동차 항만의 서비스 품질은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 전체적으로 접근은 정(+)의 부분매개, 회피는 부(-)의 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 구조방정식 모형에 의한 경로분석에서는 회피의 소비감정이 고객만족에 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 결과가 도출되었다. 이는 자동차 항만이라는 특수성이 반영된 결과로 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 자동차 항만의 운영에 활용할 필요가 있다. The automobile industry in Korea is an important national infrastructure industry, and the automobile port is an infrastructure that determines the efficiency in the import and export process. This study redesigned the existing study of Kim Haksoo (2015) to further clarify the relationship between consumer feelings such as approach and avoidance. As a result of the analysis, the service quality of all Automobile ports had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The result of the mediating effect analysis showed that the approach had a partial positive(+) mediating effect and the avoidance had a partial negative(-) mediating effect appear. However, in the path analysis by the structural equation model, the result is that the consumption feeling of avoidance is not statistically significant for customer satisfaction. As a result of this, it is necessary to utilize this result in the operation of car port in future.
