        척추관련 통증환자의 서스펜션을 활용한 코어 운동이 통증수준 및 동적 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to present the realistic effects of core muscle development on physical health by identifying the effects of pain improvement and dynamic muscle function on spinal-related pain patients. The study subjects were 20 to 39 years of age, who perceived neuralgia in the lower limbs, and as a pre-screening test, 18 subjects who recorded a pain level of at least 3 points were selected. Among the selected subjects, a g roup performing suspension core exercise (G.1) and a g roup controlling exercise activities including rehabilitation (G.2) were divided. During the study period, the intensity of HRmax 60~80% was performed for 50 minutes at a frequency of 3 times a week for 12 weeks. As a result 1. For spinal-related pain patients, suspension core exercise showed a significant effect in improving pain level through VAS. 2. For spinal-related pain patients, suspension core exercise showed a significant effect on the development of dynamic muscle function through muscle strength, muscular endurance, and coordination. 3. There is a significant negative correlation between pain level and dynamic muscle function. Therefore, suspension core exercise can be presented as an effective exercise to improve pain and develop dynamic muscle function for spinal-related pain patients, and it is judged that practical use in the field can be expected.
