대학생의 연인관계 증진을 위한 문학치료 프로그램 개발 기초 연구

이 연구는 대학생 연인관계 증진 문학치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구이다. 특히 성인초기의 발달과업인 친밀감에 주목하여, 대학생들이 연인관계에서 겪는 어려움을 도울 수 있는 설화를 선정하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 프로그램의 실효성을 알아보고 구성 요소를 추출하기 위해 대학 상담 전문가와 대학생들을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 대학생들이 허구서사를 통해 이러한 어려움들을 경험해보고, 상상하고, 삶과 통합해 볼 수 있도록 문학치료 프로그램의 구성 원리를 설정하였다. 이 연구에서는 연인관계의 어려움을 다룰 수 있는 작품으로 <상사뱀> 설화를 선정하여, 각편들을 모아 크게 세 장면으로 나누어 분석하였다. 앞부분에는 친밀한 관계 맺기를 두려워하는 내용이 공통적으로 나타나고, 이후 인물의 행동에 따라 관계 맺기에 실패하고 좌절하거나 두려움을 극복하고 욕망을 수용하는 것을 확인하였다. 각 서사에서 인물들이 경험하는 감정표현의 어려움, 거부당할 것 같은 두려움, 자신 또는 상대방을 잃을 것 같은 마음이 어떻게 나타나는지를 중심으로 분석하였다. 후속연구에서는 해당 장면들을 바탕으로 문학치료 프로그램을 구성하여 실행할 것이다. This is a preliminary study for the development of literary therapy programs to promote university students’ romantic relationships. Especially this study was aimed at identifying and analyzing narratives that could help college students with difficulties in romantic relationships, noting intimacy, an early development task in adulthood. To increase the effectiveness of the program and to extract the components, a needs survey was conducted for university counselors and university students. And then we have established the principles of the literary therapy program so that university students can experience, imagine, and integrate these difficulties with fictional narratives. In this study, we selected < Lovesick Serpent (Sangsa-Snake Tales) > as a work that could address the difficulties of a relationship and analyzed each part in three scenes. Early on, a common scene appeared in which people were afraid of establishing intimate relationships, while later it was confirmed that the person’s actions led to the failure to establish a relationship and that the scene of frustration or fear was overcome and desired. In each scene, we analyzed the difficulty of expressing the emotions experienced by the characters, how they felt likely to be rejected, and how they felt like they were likely to lose themselves or their significant other. In subsequent studies, literary therapy programs will be organized and run based on these scenes.
