중도입국자녀를 위한 복지서비스의 실제와 방향성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중도입국자녀들이 경험하는 현실적인 어려움이 무엇이며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 복지적 관점에서의 대안을 모색하고자 하였다. 중도입국자녀를 둔 부모의 입장에서 경험하고 있는 어려움으로는 가정에서는 언어에 의한 의사소통, 심리적 불안정으로 나타났다. 학교에서는 한국문화 이해 어려움, 일반학생과 평등한 수업, 한국사회 정보 공유 부족 등을 들고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위한 복지서비스적 접근으로는 첫째, 집중적 수업 교육을 통해 일반학생과 동일한 학습효과가 나타나도록 한다. 둘째, 문화 이해의 부족으로 동료 학생이나 교사 간의 관계에서 심리적 악영향을 받을 경우 상시적으로 전문 상담사의 상담을 받을 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 가정이나 학교에서 불안과 문화차이를 극복하기 위해 여가를 즐길 수 있는 여건을 조성해 주어야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 중도입국자녀에게 적절한 복지서비스 정책과 제도 마련을 위한 실천 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find out the real difficulties experienced by immigrant children and to find alternatives from a welfare point of view to solve them. The difficulties experienced by the parents who have immigrant children are communication by language and psychological instability at home. At school, there are difficulties in understanding Korean culture, equal classes with ordinary students, and lack of information sharing in Korean society. The welfare service approach to solve these difficulties is as follows. First, the same learning effect as the general student is shown through intensive class education. Second, if the psychological adverse effects of the relationship between fellow students and teachers are lost due to lack of understanding of culture, counseling of professional counselors is always available. Third, it is necessary to create an environment in which leisure can be enjoyed in order to overcome anxiety and cultural difference in home and school. Through this study, it will be possible to find a practical plan for laying out appropriate welfare service policies and systems for immigrant children.
