초보 예술치료사의 자기돌봄과 성장경험에 대한 합의적 질적 연구

본 연구에서는 초보 예술치료사의 자기돌봄과 성장경험에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 예술치료 전문 자격증 취득 후 6개월 이상 3년 이하의 임상경험이 있는 여덟 명의 초보 예술치료사에게 반구조화된 질문지를 사용하여 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 수집된 면담 자료는 합의적 질적 연구(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR) 방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 네 개의 영역과 열다섯개의 범주가 도출되었는데, 초보 예술치료사들은 전문성 부족, 심리적 소진, 개인적 이슈를 인식하였을 때 자기돌봄을 시작하였음이 나타났다. 또한 초보 예술치료사들은 예술작업, 여가시간, 심리치료, 동료집단 등을 활용한 자기돌봄을 경험하였으며, 이를 통해 개인적 성장과 전문적 성장을 이루는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 초보 예술치료사로서의 자기돌봄과 성장경험에 대해 실체적으로 고찰했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 초보 예술치료사들의 발달과 전문성을 유지하기 위해 자기돌봄을 다루는 데 있어 유용한 기초자료를 제공한다. This study aimed to examine the self-care and growth experiences of novice arts therapists. The participants in this study were 8 novice arts therapists who have conducted their clinical experience of more than 6 months and less than three years after their acquisition of a professional arts therapist certificate. This study analyzed in-depth interviews using semi-structured questionnaires that collected interview data in consensual qualitative research method. Four areas and fifteen categories were derived through the analysis to organize the results. Novice arts therapists were found to initiate self-care when they become cognitive of their lack of expertise, experience burnout, or encounter personal issues. The study also found that they experienced self-care through methods including artistic activities, leisure time, psychotherapy, and peer groups with such self-care contributing to their personal and professional growth. This study is significant in that it substantively examines the self-care and growth experience of novice arts therapists, and provides basic data that may contribute to their self-care in pursuing growth and maintaining expertise in the future.

서비스디자인 관점에서의 지하철 내부 전광판 디자인 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지하철 내 시스템을 시각적 측면에서 조사하여 개선방안을 제안하는 연구이다. 현재 지하철 내 정보 안내 시스템은 위계가 제대로 잡혀져있지 않은 상황이다. 열차 내부에서 운행정보를 표시하기 위한 실시간 디스플레이가 있지만, 정차하는 역을 알려주기 위한 요소임에도 불구하고 불필요한 광고, 순환방향 등으로 인해 중요한 정보를 인지하지 못하게 해 정작 필요한 정보를 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 위와 같은 문제 개선을 위해 평소 유동인구가 많은 서울지하철을 중심으로 현재 제공되고 있는 지하철 내 정보 안내 시스템의 정보 체계, 레이아웃의 문제점을 알아보고 지하철을 이용하는 사람들의 행동 특성을 파악하여 서비스디자인 관점에서 사용자 모델링과 여정맵을 설정해 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 제공받을 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 다만 지하철 내부의 광고들은 해당 관리청에서 광고사업으로 운영 중으로, 개선 가능한 부분에 대해서만 제안을 고려하고자 한다. 이런 한계점을 고려하여, 지하철 내부 정보안내시스템에 대한 디자인 개선점을 제시하여 사람들에게 보다 명료하고 필요한 정보 제공을 할 수 있기를 기대한다.
