항산화제 투여를 병행한 트레이닝 후의 격렬한 운동이 흰쥐의 MDA, LDH 동위효소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of antioxidant administration with 8 weeks training on MDA, LDH and LDH isozyme in twenty-one Sprague-Dawley rats. It was respectively random assigned to 7, divided into three group. The training program was composed 25∼26 m/min for 50 min/day and 5 days/wk during 8 wks. MDA concentration was lower in the training with vitamin E administration group. LDH1, 4, 5 activity were lower in the training with vitamin E administration group. In conclusion, This study demonstrated that LDH isozyme activity was influenced by vitamin E. Thus, vitamin E administration prevent from damage in muscle cell and several disease to oxidative reaction. Also, Acute exercise induced oxidative stress enhanced in skeletal muscle mainly, and increased LDH activity was influenced by lipid peroxidation.
