This paper aims to find out the athlete`s preference for brand of sport instruments. This study shows that the higher athletes` income and school career are, the more they are concerned with psychological motif in preference for brand of sport instrument. Therefore, it is very important to have lots of fresh and creative ideas in order to meet consumer`s desire in post-industrial society.
This study is aimed for knowing the differences of group sports value consciousness of the players, and it contains all 13 sub-concept in sports value-consciousness, through the questionnaires, which is classified by team sports or individual sports, by highschool students or university students, by the play career. We choose 846 high-school and university students who have experience of good result in nationwide games and the data were analyzed but the distributed analysis Duncan Test and t-test. The results are as follows: 1. In the spots value-consciousness by the difference between the individual sports and team sports, there are meaningful relationships in spiritism, privatism, strict coaching principle, and courtesy principle. That is individual sports players endow hing value on privatism, strict coaching principle, and courtesy principle. 2. In the sports value-consciousness by the difference between the hing-school student players and the university student players, there are meaningful relationships in spritism, liberalism, privatism, courtesy principle. The university students and players endow high value on privatism, but the high-school student players on spiritism, liberalism, courtesy principle. 3. In the sports value-consciousness by the deffences between the sports career, there are meaningful relationships in cultivation, privatism, sports central principle, sports-nationalism, courtesy principle and concentration principle. Cultivation principle, courtesy principle and Concentration principle are taken high value consciousness by the players who have short sports career, but privatism is taken relatively low value consciousness. Sports central principle and sports nationalism are taken high value consciousness by the sports platers who have 6-10 year career. Now we can see that the value-consciousness of the players have close relationship with the times, cultural and environmental factors. So to formulate the desirable value-consciousness among the platers, we have to set a systematic learning process and build a suitable environment.
This paper examined the injuries eccurred by different duties and roles with the positions of players in rugby-foot ball game which is very fierce compared with other sport entries. The purpose of this paper is to prevent the players from injuries, and to help improve the game power. For the research we distributed questionnaires to 17 rugby teams (7 middle school teams and 10 high school teams), and analyzed 465 questionnaires collected from each teams (middle school 185 copies, high school 280 copies). The results are as follows: 1. In high school teams there were the most injured persons fron①prop(29 persons, 10.35%), and the least from stand off(10 persons, 3.57%). 2. In middle school teams there were the most injured persons from①prop(21 persons, 11.35%), and the least from lock(6 persons, 3.24%).
This research analyzed kinematically 4 players' drive action among badminton strokes at C girls' junior high school, Chungchong-bukdo. It shows the following conclusion : 1. It shows that the racket head velocity is a little faster than adult player. 2. The velocity of wrist back swing and impact stage is remarkably faster than adult man player but the angle change is remarkably less than that of adult man player. * 忠州大學校 敎養課程部 敎授 3.The velocity of elbow showed the technological difference because the velocity of the subject S4 is decreased at back swing and impact stage. And angle change revealed that subject S1 does not enough to unfold an arm at the impact stage. 4. It shows that the velocity of shoulder and angle change is fast at back swing, and is slow at impact and that because the angle change is bigger than the adult man player, there is a technological difference to drive movement. 5. The angle change in the knee and hip joint appears that because the angle decreases slowly from start after impact, the player intends to stroke strongly by moving the weight to forefoot.
The aim of this study is, based on previous studies, to make clear why college students do leisure sports, and to suggest the necessities of creating favorable environments in which they can enjoy leisure sports. For this study, I asked questions of 52 male students and 65 female students of C University in Chungju City, and I analyzed the frequency of engaging in leisure sports, kinds of favorite sports, and reasons for doing leisure sports. The results are as follows : First, some students did not take part in leisure sports, because they were busy doing works and so had no time. They had side jobs to earn their pocket money. Another reason was that with the development of the internet and computers, they were becoming more and more individualistic. Therefore, they liked to spend their spare time with computers rather than they exercised with people. Second, the other students engaged in leisure sports in order to get rid of stress and keep in good health. Especially, woman students were very much interested in sports for the prevention and treatment of their obesity. It this case, their sports activities seemed to be related to their diet. The difference between male and female students was that the sports played an important role for the personal relations of the former, but the sports were not important for the personal relations of the latter. This seems to be related to the fact that male students like team sports, but female students like individual sports.
Nowadays the juvenile delinquency in Korea tends to increase and intensify. The underlying causes of this problem are due to the lack of parents' affection for their children by complicated morden life, the group guidance disregarded human nature and personality in schools, and the effect of disordered social environment. The writer thinks that we are able to lead them properly and prevent them from the delinquency through sound recreation activities. Naturally the problem is discussed here.
In this paper I analyzed the consciousness of health of high school students. The results are as follows: 1. They think cancer and veneral disease as the most fearful disease. 2. They think that one should take proper exercises and lead a regular life to keep physically fit. 3. When they are sick, they usually go to pharmacist or bear the pain with stoical resignation. They get rid of stress by listening to musics or takinh physical exercises. 4. They want to learn playing tennis most for health care.
The present study was to compare dynamic variables and muscular movement phases related to the gaits of individuals with visual disability and normal university students. Participants of this study were five individuals with visual disability and five university students. In analyzing electromyogram(EMG) analyses, Four-channel electromyogram measured two feet and spine, specifically Gastrocnemius-lateral, Gastrocnemius-medial, Vastus-lateral, right and left sides of Vastus medial, Erector spinae, and Multifidus. Following results were found from aforementioned procedures. 1. Thigh muscle variations of lower limbs in right foot were found to be high for the individuals with visual disability. Similarly, muscle variations of lower limbs in left foot were generally high for the individuals with visual disability. 2. The variation phases of spine muscle were large for the individuals with visual disability. Also, thigh muscle variations of lower limbs in both feet were high for the individuals with visual disability.
The purpose of this study was to compare and action potential of muscles in clean and jerk techniques between excellent(n=3, national team) and non-excellent(n=3, high school) female weight lifters, using electromyogram (EMG) system. Each player performed clean and jerk technique with 80% weight of best record. This study resulted in as follows ; 1. By the result of EMG analysis in biceps femoris muscle by step, excellent players showed the highest action potential at 1st pull step, and non-excellent players displayed the highest action potential at 2nd pull step. 2. By the result of EMG analysis in vastus lateralis muscle by step, excellent players showed the highest action potential at squat step, and non-excellent players displayed high action potential at stand up step and dip-split step. 3. By the result of EMG analysis in erector spinae muscle L4, L5 by step, excellent players showed highest action potential at squat step, and non-excellent players displayed the highest action potential at dip-split step. 4. By the result of EMG analysis in trapezius muscle by step, both excellent players and non-excellent players showed the highest action potential at dip-split step. According to the result of comparing clean and jerk techniques between excellent and non-excellent female weight lifters, excellent players showed higher action potential of muscles when they perform movements by step than non-excellent players. That is, excellent players used force efficiently than non-excellent players. Therefore, this study may suggest ircreasing kinematic parameters and muscular strength of biceps femoris, vastus lateralis, erector spinae L4, L5, and trapezius to improve clean and jerk technique.
This study compares and analyzes the head-Thrust movement in Kumdo following the level of learning (elementary school players, middle school players, high school players, university players and adult players) to enable the efficientin struction or training for the leaders or players through the basic data. The 3-dimensional motion analysis system is used to compare and analyze the motion time, angle change of Joint, speed change of Joint stance and location of foot in impact and others. The conclusions dawn through this study are as follows. 1. For motion performance time, the entire performance time is shown longer as the level of learning is higher, for each group, all groups with the exception of elementary school students showed in the order of phase 1 phase 2 and phase 3. In addition, as the level of teaming is higher, the required time for phase 2 is shown to be short. 2. For the change of angle, the angles of wrist and elbow are shown to make changes with similar tendencies. The wrist angle showed the greatest when impacting, and the elbow angle that was made in the phase address that becomes smaller in the phase back swing top that becomes larger in the phase impact and that becomes smaller in the phase right foot land. 3. In the speed change in the hand, front shoulder and upper shoulder, the elementary school student group showed that it gets larger for phase 1 to phase 3, while other groups showed the tendency of showing a great speed in phase 2 but to have reduce of speed gradually. The high speed is shown greatly as the level of learning gets higher. 4. For the change of speed in bamboo sword, all groups showed the highest speed immediately before impact, and when impacting, it showed the tendency of making rapid decline of speed. 5. The stance of feet at the time of impact showed longer as the level of loaming is higher, and the position of the feet showed in high position, as the level of teaming is higher.
