Fuzzy-AHP 의사결정모형에 의한 중소도시 소매유통센터의 입지선정 연구

본 연구는 Fuzzy-AHP기법을 의사결정 방법론으로 사용하여 중소도시 소매유통센터의 입지선정을 위한 구조적이고 합리적인 의사결정과정을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 소매유통센터의 입지 선정을 위한 평가기준을 선정하여 평가요인간의 상대적 중요도를 도출한 후 입지후보지를 선정하고 입지요인에 대한 데이터를 수집하여 입지평가요인과 결합하여 최적의 입지후보지를 선정하였다. 소매유통센터 입지평가요인들 간 상대적 중요도 평가결과 인구적요인(0.323)이 가장 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로 접근성요인(0.300), 개발환경요인(0.235), 부지요인(0.142) 순으로 분석되었다. 13개의 하위 입지평가요인 중에서는 20-50대 여성인구의 중요도가 0.115로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 인구수(0.109), APT세대수(0.099), 광역상권 개발 가능성(0.092), 자가용 접근성(0.087) 등의 순으로 분석되었다. 소매유통센터 입지후보지의 입지평가 데이터와 입지평가 요인 가중치를 결합하여 입지 적합도를 산출한 결과, 적합도는 가 지구 0.957, 나 지구 0.677, 다 지구 0.652로 평가되었다. 입지후보지 3개 지구 중 적합도가 가장 높은 가 지구가 소매유통센터의 최적입지임이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study using Fuzzy-AHP model as a decision support system is to propose a structured and available decision making process for location selection of retail stores in Local Small City. In this study, The procedure of this study is to estimate the relative weights of evaluation criteria and analyze the sites of retail stores. This study is to reveal optimized location for the retail stores by analyzing population characteristics, accessibility, land and development environment. The priority of location selection of retail stores in Local Small City is the population characteristics(0.323), accessibility(0.300), development environment(0.235), land(0.142) in order. Hierarchical analysis of the problem solving approach is applied to real-world examples to give properties and measurable elements and by utilizing the computed measures, preference of alternatives was suggested and reviewed of the usefulness. As a result of analysis, the suitability of the existing retail stores location was calculated and A area was chosen to be the best location with the following results: A area(0.957), B area(0.667), and C area(0.652).
