1. Purposes (1) A research and examination were conducted in this study on the implementation of education within companies, the purposes of education implemented by special groups and the actual state of the operation of education concerning subject and methods of education. (2) Realistic direction and problems are presented in this study by researching systematically the actual spect of the educaition of business administration through the collection of "data" and analysis of the operation of the education of business administration in colleges (faculty of commerce and business administration and faculty of economics) in Japan. 2. Scope The scope of this study is limited to the research and analysis of the education of business administration presently implemented at business establishments and colleges in Japan. However, in the development of theory, such research and analysis were made taking the present aspects of the education of business administration implemented in the United States and Germany into consideration. Also, the writer propelled this study always taking the present state of the education of business administration implemented in this country into consideration, in order to make a contribution to the development of the education of business administration of this country through the research of the education of business operation implemented in Japan. 3 . The contents of this study. Chapter 1. Preface. Chapter 2. The theoretical background of the education of business administration. Chapter 3. The actual spects and analysis of the education of business administration implemented at faculty of commerce and business administration. Chapter 4 . The actual aspects and analysis of the education of business administration implemented at faculty of economics. Chapter 5. General characteristics and problems of the education of business administration. Chapter 6. Conclusion 4 . Conclusion (1) The education of business administration implemented within and without of companies in Japan is implemented in the range of initiating from the practical education such as technical training necessary on the spot to theoretical and practical directions to switch the above mentioned training to the education of business administration that is suitable to modern sense. However, the following problems are inevitably incidental with such traing and education as mentioned above : (a) Implementation of education with a synthetic and long-ranged programme. (b) Establishment and operation of a educational center with the premises of each company. (c) Determination of the effect of such education. (d) Implementation of continual and unified education from the stage of occasional implementation of education. (2) In college education, it is evaluated that the education of business administration now occupied a stable position after continuous implementation of the education for 20 years. However, it still includes the following problems on a rough evaluation. (a) Although the popularization of college is now being progressed, on the part of colleges, such popularization is not sufficiently recognized yet. Accordingly ample countermeasure for such popularization is not yet provided. (b) Colleges should provided a measure how and to where they should lead students. For this purpose, they should pay proper attention and should conduct sufficient examination in the establishment of conception and purposes of the education of business administration which are the highlights of the education. (c) Efforts should be made for the introspection and development of the methods of study and curriculums and these methods and curriculums must be sufficient to achieve the above mentioned goals. Also, college education should be recognized in the term of society by raising the level of college education to the extent that such level can satisfy the effective evaluation of study. (d) The contribution of graduates after going in to the world of business soly depends upon the steady-fast development of the quality of college education. In view of this,making colleges to be positively Characteristic ones should be included. For this purpose, an effort should be made to seek after a basic alternative. In view of these problems, Japanese colleges (faculties) may' be evaluated that they are still in undertone and insufficient.
