본 연구는 기초지방자치단체 하위직공무원의 조직시민행동을 알아보고자 조직공정성 각 하위변인으로 분배적, 절차적, 상호작용 공정성을, 직무태도를 매개변인으로 구조방정식모델의 효과를 통합적으로 규명하는데 있다. 경기 북부지역에 소재한 4개시 하위직공무원 436명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 조직시민행동에 분배적, 상호작용 공정성과 직무태도는 유의하였지만, 절차적 공정성은 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 분배적, 절차적, 상호작용 공정성은 직무태도에 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 직무태도를 매개로 조직시민행동 간 분배적, 상호작용 공정성 경로는 부분매개효과를, 절차적 공정성 경로는 완전매개효과를 확인하였다. 시사점으로 기초지방자치단체 하위직공무원의 조직시민행동을 증대하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the organizational citizenship behavior of the low-ranking in primary local government officials and to investigate the effects of structural equation model as a mediating variable of distribution, procedural, interactional justice and job attitude as sub-variables of organizational justice. The subjects were 436 low-ranking officials in 4 cities located in northern Gyeonggi province. First, distributive and interactive justice and job attitudes were significant to organizational citizen behavior, but not procedural justice. Second, distributive, procedural, and interaction fairness have shown significant effects on job attitudes. Third, he distributional and interactional justice path between organizational citizenship behaviors through the medium of job attitude was partially mediated, and the procedural justice path was fully mediated. As a result, the study suggested a plan to increase the organizational citizenship behavior of the low-ranking in primary local government officials.

출판콘텐츠의 탄생은 기술의 발전에 따른 시대의 요구와 문화콘텐츠학의 등장과 같이 콘텐츠의 중요성이 증대하면서 출판학계와 출판산업에서 자연스럽게 등장했다. 출판은 뉴 미디어에 대비되는 올드미디어의 대명사로 정착되었으나 사실 오리지널 미디어로서 콘텐츠의 중요성이 재발견되었다는 것이 옳은 표현이다. 출판콘텐츠라는 개념이 기술의 진보와 문화콘텐츠를 안고 있다는 것은 바꾸어 말하면 미디어의 성격은 축소되었으나 동시에 의미와 영역의 확대가 동시에 이루어졌다는 것을 의미한다. 출판콘텐츠가 e-book이나 모바일, 웹으로 확장되고 OSMU의 원 소스로서 혹은 멀티 유즈로 활용되면서 가치를 재조명받고 있음이 이를 증명한다. 뿐만 아니라 다양한 영역에서 융․복합콘텐츠로 출판콘텐츠가 활용되고 있으며 해외로 활발히 수출되면서 신한류의 매체로 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 출판콘텐츠의 개념의 정의를 규정하는 연구는 계속되어야 하며 학계는 물론 산업에서 이를 증명할 때 출판콘텐츠의 개념은 계속 진화할 것이다.
