관상동맥조영술 환자의 탄수화물 섭취와 관상동맥협착 정도와의 관계

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate correlation between carbohydrate intake and Coronary Artery Stenosis Score in patients with Coronary Angiography(CAG). Methods: 68 hospitalized patients who received CAG exam was randomly selected. Carbohydrate intake analysis was assessed through the food frequency questionnaire(FFQ) method. Their height, weight, Abdominal circumference(AC), body mass index(BMI), blood pressure(BP), glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Mean carbohydrate intake was 321g/day. T2,T3 group were associated with Diastolic BP, BMI and AC. T3 group was associated with TG and HDL-C. Coronary Artery Stenosis Score was associated with sex, marital status and smoking. Coronary Artery Stenosis Score showed a significant positive correlation with carbohydrate intake and glucose. Conclusion: These findings suggest that awareness of carbohydrate intake should be developed to care for coronary heart disease patients.

In this paper, we are introduce to industrial lighting and industrial LED lighting. Conventional industrial lighting is based on HID lamp and fluorescent lamp. It is very weak for vibration, chemistry, humidity, etc. Most of all conventional industrial lighting are exchange by LED lighting. It will overcome the problems. Industrial LED lighting give to good maintenance, efficiency, uniformity, optimum working environment. But it is need to differentiation technology for work place or installation area. And then it will be spreading.

이 논문에서는 휴대 장치의 지상파 DMB용 안테나로 다중 권선 loop 안테나를 제안한다. 제안된 안테나는 크기가 작으면서도 지상파 DMB 대역에서 충분한 수신 전력을 확보하도록 권수는 80회, 그리고 직경은 4 ㎜로 하였으며, 또한 높은 전달 함수 특성을 갖도록 품질 계수를 1로 하였다. 제작된 안테나는 길이가 30 ㎜로 소형이며, 이득은 약 -15 ㏈d로 길이 190 ㎜의 상용 지상파 DMB 모노폴 안테나와 비슷한 수신 능력을 가짐을 측정을 통해 확인하였다. In this paper, we present a multi-turn circular loop antenna for portable terrestrial DMB. In order to satisfy the two contradictory requirements of small antenna size and high receiving capability, the proposed antenna's diameter and turns are fixed to be 4 ㎜ and 80 turns, respectively and its quality factor Q is set 1 in order to have high transfer function. The fabricated antenna length is 30 ㎜ as small and its measured gain is -15 ㏈d. The antenna receiving power is verified by measurement very comparable with the receiving power of a commercial terrestrial DMB monopole antenna of length 190 ㎜.
Power CT를 이용한 USN 센서노드용 자율독립전원 시스템 설계

In wireless sensor network technology, which has been applied to various fields, the power supply and the power management of sensors are the most important issues. For this reason, a new concept of power supply and power management device is required. In this paper, we developed an autonomous independent power supply system that supplies the stable power to a sensor node without an additional external input by applying the energy harvesting technology using the electromagnetic induction principle by utilizing the current flowing in the transmission line. The proposed autonomous independent power supply system consists of a power supply using Power CT and a power management system including a charging circuit. The power management device uses a voltage limiter circuit and a monitoring circuit of charging voltage and current to ensure the safety of charging of the battery. In order to verify the performance of the proposed system, we applied it to the SVL diagnostic system and confirmed that it operates stably.
