Electrolytic polishing is more efficient and accurate than mechanical polishing, and it is not affected by the hardness and toughness of the material, so it tends to gradually replace mechanical polishing. Especially for precision instruments, aviation, medical devices are widely used. Now most of the polishing field is for stainless steel and titanium alloy external surface research, and for stainless steel and titanium alloy sample internal polishing research is not much. We are now electrolytically polishing the inner surface of SUS316 to explore the conditions for rapid polishing of SUS316 in a short time.
