        무용 활동 참여에 따른 청소년기 여학생들의 스트레스, 신체적 자기효능감 및 체력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of female Secondary schools dance majors’ mental health and physical fitness. For this purpose, 80 healthy students without disease from female middle and high schools in B City was sampled and 40 were dance majors and the other 40 were not dance majors. In order to compare the two groups, paired t-test was performed using SPSS/WIN Ver. 12.0. In addition, the effect of daily stress among mental health factors on physical self?efficacy was measured through Pearson’s correlation analysis, and the significant level was ?=.05. At the results, daily stress (personal problems, family problems, school problems and social problems) was lower, physical competence and physical attractiveness was higher in the dance major group than in the dance non?major group and physical self?efficacy was higher when daily stress was low. The dance major group was superior to the dance non?major group in stand long jump, trunk flexing and sit-ups.
