Infestation of Digenetic Trematode Cercariae from Semisulcospira Snails in Stream Odong

1991年 6月부터 同年 10月까지 慶北 達城郡 梧洞에서 다슬기를 採集하여 吸蟲類 有尾幼蟲의 寄生狀을 調査하였다. 다슬기에서의 有尾幼蟲의 寄生率은 26%였으며, 3種의 吸蟲類 有尾幼蟲 즉, Centrocestus armatus(Tanabe, 1922) Yamaguti, 1933, Metagonimus species 및 Notocolylus magniovatus, Yamaguti, 1934를 찾아볼 수 있었다. 이 가운데서 Metagonimus species 有尾幼蟲은 가장 많이 遊出되었고, 그 다음은 C. armatus, N. magniovatus의 順位로 遊出되었다. 이번 調査 結果 3種의 吸蟲類 有尾幼蟲의 寄生率은 1980年 보다 多少 增加되었으나, 肺吸蟲 有尾幼蟲은 發見할 수 없었다. 따라서 過去, 肺吸蟲 浸潤地였던 梧洞은 肺吸蟲의 浸潤地가 아님을 알았다. From June to October in 1991, Semisulcospira snails collected in the stream Odong, in Kachang Myon, Dalsong county, Kyungpook Province were examined for the presence of cercariae of digenetic trematodes. The infestation rate for cercariae in 2,437 snails was 26%. Three kinds of cercariae, Centrocestus armatus(Tanabe, 1922), Yamaguti, 1933, Metagonimus species, and Notocotylus magniovatus, Yamaguti, 1934, were found. However, no Paragonimus westermani cercariae was found. The most frequently found cercariae was Metagonimus species 23.5%, followed by C. armalus 2.3%, and the least frequently was N. magniovatus 0.2%. The low density of Semisulcospira snails and no P. westermani cercaria indicate that the stream Odong is no longer an endemic focus of P. westermani.
