RCM 기반 철도시설물 고장분석시스템 구축 효과에 관한 고찰

서울메트로는 2009년도 전사 ERP 시스템의 구축 및 운영으로 과학적인 철도시설물 관리를 위해 분석 가능한 자료가 축적되어 2011년부터 2012년까지 7개 공종(전기, 신호, 통신, 전자, 궤도, 기계, 건축) 점검 및 정비 대상 시설물 86,894개와 차량 주요장치에 대한 분류체계 정립 및 분석을 위한 기초자료 23,031개 구축과 선진 유지보수 관리기법인 RCM 방식을 도입해서 철도 시설물별 점검 및 유지보수 주기를 최적화하여 가동의 신뢰도를 향상시키고 과잉정비를 방지하여 유지보수 비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 RCM 기반 철도시설물 고장분석시스템을 구축하여 운영 중이다. 본 연구에서는 서울메트로 7개 공종(전기, 신호, 통신, 전자, 궤도, 기계, 건축) 시설물을 관리하는 고장분석시스템(MARS:Metro Analysis for Real Safety)과 차량고장분석시스템(RFAS:Railstock Failure Analysis System)에 RCM을 적용한 시스템의 구축 효과에 대하여 고찰한 연구 내용을 소개하고자 한다. Since Seoul Metro implemented and operated ERP system which covered in all its departments at 2009, it has enormously accmulated elementary data available for analysis to manage scientific railway facilities & equipments. And then, introducing the RCM technique of advanced maintenance management from 2011 to 2012, we construct 86,894 units to inspect and maintain the railway facilities in Seoul Metro" 7 technical parts(electricity, signal, communications, electronics, railway, mechanics and architecture) and 23,013 units to establish and analyse the classified system of the main train devices. Consequently, we implement and operate the Seoul Metro RCM-based failure analysis system for railway facilities which dramatically reduce repair costs by optimizing the inspection and the maintenance cycles of railway facilities and improving the reliability of operation and preventing excessive maintenance. In this study, We will introduce the considered contents for the implementation effect of the systems which consist of MARS(Metro Analysis for Real Safety) and RFAS(Railstock Failure Analysis System) applied RCM in Seoul Metro" 8 technical parts(train, electricity, signal, communications, electronics, railway, mechanics, and architecture).
