소양인(少陽人) 신정처방(新定處方)의 형성과정(形成課程)에 대(對)한 고찰(考察)

After studying about the formative process and theory concerning So-Yang In(少陽人)'s prescriptions, Some principles were founded. Those were summarized as follows. 1. Lee Jae Ma(李濟馬) established the theory and remedy about the So Yang In's diseases, and the formation of So Yang In's prescriptions was based on those theories and remedies 2. As the emprical prescription of So Yang In's diseases, ten pre-scriptions of Discussion of Cold-Induced Disorder(傷寒論) and nine of Won Myung dynasty period(元明時代) were described in Dong Eui Su-Se Bo Won(東醫壽世保元), and I could confirm that the formation of So Yang In's presciptions was based on those emprical prescriptions. 3. The pathological characteristics of emprical prescriptions of So-Yang In's diseases in Discussion of Cold-Induced Disorder(傷寒論) were completely corresponded with the principle of So Yang In's diseases, and we could know that emprical presciptions of diseases that were the base of So Yang In's prescriptions were selected by the principle of So Yang In's diseases. 4. In the serious cases of So Yang In's diseases, So Yang In's pre-scriptions were mostly made up of tonifying and nourishing yin medicine(補陰藥物) that dirrectly rufill the damaged Eum Chung Zi Ki(陰淸之氣). According to the above results, it could be concluded that Lee Jae-Ma(李濟馬) made So Yang In's prescriptions with emprical pre scri-ptions that were based on the theory of So Yang In's diseases and concluded that So Yang In's prescriptions were made up of tonifying and nourishing yin medicine(補陰藥物) in the serious cases of diseases.
Beck 우울척도, 상태-특성 불안척도를 이용한 사상인(四象人)의 심리특성에 대한 연구

1. 연구배경 및 목적 한의학 특히 사상의학에서는 인체를 정신과 신체로 이원화하지 않고 하나의 통합된 체계로 인식되어 왔으며, 사상체질 임상에 있어서 정신의학적 측면들의 중요하게 사용되고 있다. 이에 저자는 사상체질별 심리적 상태의 객관적 접근을 위하여 임상심리검사를 이용하여, 불안, 우울 성향의 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 2. 연구방법 설문지와 임상적 진단을 거쳐 체질이 최종적으로 분류된 건강한 성인남녀 63명-남자 54명, 여자 9명-을 대상으로 하였으며, 태음인 35명, 소음인 17명, 소양인 11명이었다. Beck 우울척도(BDI)와 상태-특성 불안척도(STAI, 상태불안 : S-A, 특성불안 : T-A)를 사용하여 우울과 불안의 성향을 측정하였다. 3. 연구결과 1. 상태불안척도를 이용하여 사상체질별 불안에 대한 비교의 결과, 소음인, 태음인, 소양인의 순서로 불안의 성향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 소음인 태음인의 비교에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 특성불안척도를 이용하여 사상체질별 불안에 대한 비교의 결과 소음인, 태음인, 소양인의 순서로 불안의 성향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 태음인 소음인 체질간과 소음인 소양인 체질간의 비교에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. Beck 우울척도를 이용하여 사상체질별 우울에 대한 비교의 결과 소음인, 태음인, 소양인의 순서로 우울 성향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 유의한 차이는 없었다. 1. Purpose of study : In Oriental Traditional medicine, especially in Sasang Constitutional Medicine the mind and the body are not separated. Psychological characteristics are very important as well as physical characteristics in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. This study was performed to investigate the psychological characteristics of Sasang Constitution. 2. Subjects and Methode of Study : Subjects were 63 persons. There were male 54 and female 9 who were healthy. There were Taeumin 35, Soumin 17, and Soyangin 11. We judged Sasang Constitution in QSCC II and the diagnosis by a medical specialist. The degree of depression and anxiety was determined by Beck's Depression Inventory(BDI) and State-Trait Axiety Inventroy(STAI, State Anxiety : S-A, Trait Anxiety : T-A). We studied the psychological characteristics - Depression and Anxiety - in the Sasang Constitution by analyzing BDI and STAI scores. 3. Result of study : 1) The score of STAI(S-A) in Soeumin(少陰人) group was significantly higher than that in Taeumin(太陰人) group. 2) The score of STAI(T-A) in Soeumin(少陰人) group was significantly higher than that in Taeumin(太陰人) group and Soyangin(少陽人) group. 3) The score of BDI in Soeumin(少陰人) group was higher than that in Taeumin(太陰人) group and Soyangin(少陽人) group, but it was not significant statistically. 4. Conclusion of study These result suggest that Soeumin(少陰人) is more anxious than Soyangin(少陽人) and Taeumin(太陰人).

For many patients suffered from a terminal cancer, the best care is to extend a period and improve a quality of life. So that the pain, a major symptom of patients with terminal cancer, should be effectively controled. Otherwise it causes anorexia, nausea, vomiting, general weakness, loss of body weight, insomnia and becomes worse the condition of patients. The case is a report about a patient diagnosed as terminal gastric cancer and suffered abdominal pain. The patient was treated by Taeumin Chongsim Yonja Tang and the abdomnal pain decreased. This report described the process and contents about the way the patient was cured.
모바일 환경에서의 동적 장면의 효율적인 이차 광선 추적을 위한 격자 가속 구조

Despite the recent remarkable advances in the computing power of mobile devices, the heat and battery problems still restrict their performances, particularly compared to PCs. Therefore, in the application of the ray-tracing technique for high-quality rendering, the consideration of a method that traces only the secondary rays while the effects of the primary rays are generated through rasterization-based OpenGL ES rendering is worthwhile. Given that most of the rendering time is for the secondary-ray processing in such a method, a new volume-grid technique for dynamic scenes that enhances the tracing performance of the secondary rays with a low coherence is proposed here. The proposed method attempts to model all of the possible spatial secondary rays in a fixed number of sampling rays, thereby alleviating the visitation problem regarding all of the cells along the ray in a uniform grid. Also, a hybrid rendering pipeline that speeds up the overall rendering performance by exploiting the mobile-device CPU and GPU is presented.

Sweating is a important concept with Sasang Constitutional Medicine After studying about sweating of four constitutions, I can get a conclusion. It is summarized as follows. 1. In Taeyangin(太陽人) and Taeumin(太陰人) sweating can be explained by symptom of Kiekjiki(氣液之氣), and can be explained by symptom of Suekjiki(水液之氣) in Soeumin(少陰人) and Soyangin(少陽人) 2. Sweating of Soeumin(少陰人) is a expression of strength or weakness of Bijang(脾臟) 3. Sweating of Soyangin(少陽人) is a expression of Kangeum(降陰) and Yangyak(陽弱) 4. Sweating of Taeumin(太陰人) is a expression of Paejang(肺臟)'s function
효과적인 혼합현실 장면 생성을 위한 고속의 광원 추정 기법

혼합현실 응용의 제작에 있어 중요한 요소 중의 하나는 현실 세계에서의 주변광 정보를 분석하여 효과적으로 영상 합성에 적용하는 것이다. 특히 대화식 응용을 구현하기 위해서는 동적으로 변화하는 주변광을 실시간 처리를 통하여 빠르게 렌더링 결과에 반영하는 것이 중요하다. 기존의 관련 방법들은 주로 사실적인 영상생성을 목표로 하기 때문에 너무 많은, 예를 들어, 2의 거듭제곱 수로 증가하는, 광원지점을 찾거나 대화식 응용에 적합하지 않은 복잡도를 가져 이에 적용하기가 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 어안 렌즈를 장착한 카메라로부터 실시간으로 입력되는 동영상 이미지를 분석하여 주요 광원을 고속으로 찾아주는 광원 추정 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 방법과는 달리 사용자가 지정한 개수 정도의 주요 광원을 고속을 찾아주어, 퐁의 조명모델 기반의 직접 조명효과 생성뿐만 아니라, 면적 광원에 대한 광원 샘플링을 통한 부드러운 그림자 생성에도 활용할 수 있다. One of the fundamental elements in developing mixed reality applications is to effectively analyze and apply the environmental lighting information to image synthesis. In particular, interactive applications require to process dynamically varying ligh ting sources in real-time, reflecting them properly in rendering results. Previous related works are not often appropriate for this because they are usually designed to synthesize photorealistic images, generating too many, often exponentially increasin g, light sources or having too heavy a computational complexity. In this paper, we present a fast light source estimation technique that aims to search for primary light sources on the fly from a sequence of video images taken by a camera equipped with a fisheye lens. In contrast to previous methods, our technique can adust the number of found light sources approximately to the size that a user specifies. Thus, it can be effectively used in Phong-illumination-model-based direct illumination or soft shadow generation through light sampling over area lights.
