최근 정보시스템 감리제도가 개선됨에 따라 개선된 감리제도에서의 변경사항을 반영할 수 있는 정보시스템 감리대가 기준 수립이 필요하게 되었다. 감리제도의 주요 개선내용으로는 요구조사감리의 신규 도입, 감리업무 절차에서의 예비조사, 과업이행여부의 검증으로 인한 감리 책임의 실질적 증가 등이 있으며, 이에 따른 투입공수 및 감리 대가의 산정 방법 마련의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 감리제도의 개선과 더불어 개선된 감리제도 하에서의 적절한 감리대가를 산정할 수 있도록 하기 위한 감리대가 산정기준의 개정이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목표는 개정되는 감리제도에 따른 정보시스템 감리대가 산정기준의 개정방안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 과거로부터의 감리대가를 분석하고, 개선된 감리제도에 의한 감리대가의 개선요소를 파악하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 전문가 추정치를 조사하고, 결과의 회귀분석을 통하여 새로운 감리대가 산정식을 개발하였다. A new cost estimation model of Information System(IS) audit is developed according to revision of the IS audit standard. Major changes in the IS audit standard include the following factors: First, the inspection phase for requirement analysis has been newly introduced. Second, the preliminary analysis activity is specified in the standard procedure. Finally, it is required to check out acceptance of implementation or compliance of task based on contract and project execution plan, which leads to increased responsibility to the auditors. Therefore, a new cost estimation model considering these changes is required. In this paper, a revised cost estimation model for IS audit projects is developed. To derive the model, we first analyzed the past and current IS audit cost estimation models. Then, factors that affect cost estimation were identified. Third, a survey for IS audit experts was executed. Finally, a new IS audit cost estimation model was formulated by regression analysis for the survey re-sults.
