Using of a coloring agent to grocery is a generally available method to stimulate one's appetite. In this study, we took four kinds of Ice bar(SP.J.SK.K bar)to investigate used coloring agent, measure the number of colony of bacteria and determine whether E. Coli are or not. The results are as follows: 1. Non permission coloring agent was not detected in three kinds of sample (SP.J.SK bar), but unknown coloring agent was detected in a kind of sample(K bar). 2. There was a large number of bacteria and the test for E. Coli was positive in four kinds of sample.
