DC-DC converter is DC power equipment. which function is convert voltage DC to low voltage DC. Such as the DC-DC converter device, all the signal chain devices to provide a stable power supply is to maintain stable operation and high efficiency is needed in order to control the switching. In order to advantage of this high-efficiency switching power supply it of SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply), The DC-DC converter has high efficiency. In this paper, Atmel, produced ATmegal28 RISC 8-bit micro-processor using, DC-DC converter to select a default form Buck type Converter Through circuit design, theoretical analysis and experimental characteristics through the present study.

Nowadays has problem of energy resource shortage and environmental pollution. We are looking up various solution plans regarding this problem. Solar power is one of the solution to solve the energy shortage problem. But solar power is affected by the weather. So variation weather we can use Maximum Power Point Tracing device for solar PV system. In this paper, we compared Incremental Conductance method to Perturb & Observation(P&O) method about varying insolation. Two method were on the track of Maximum Power Point (MPP) using Matlab-Simulink.

Total six units of 3kW photovoltaic system and data acquisition system (DAS) are constructed for analyzing performance of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied. Operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data-acquisition system. Furthermore, not only performance test of each PV system component such as PV module and power conditioning system but also performance of total PV system e.g. system efficiency power and loss factor at the site are reviewed.
