The current study was aimed to investigate the structural relationships among psychological empowerment, affectiveorganizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior by empowering leadership of university baseball leaders. Inthis study, 201 surveys were collected and the participants were university baseball players. Data were analyzed usingfrequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. First, empowering leadership had a positive effect on psychological empowerment. Second,empowering leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment. Third, empowering leadership did notaffect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, psychological empowerment had a positive effect on affectiveorganizational commitment. Fifth, psychological empowerment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Sixth, affective organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Seventh, psychologicalempowerment fully mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.

This study analyzed the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO)’s crisis communication strategies regarding umpires’ bad calls, and each strategy’s impact on public relations. Data were collected from 275 baseball fans using survey questionnaires. T-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to investigate the effectiveness of communication strategies per crisis situations. The results indicated that, firstly, open crisis communication strategies worked better in maintaining the perceived level of an organization’ commitment to the public, involvement in the local community, and organizational reputation in both simple and game-deciding bad call situations. Secondly, defensive strategies worsened the level of perceived organizational reliability in all situations. Thirdly, open communication strategies worked more effectively in the game-deciding bad call situations in comparison to a simple bad call situation. Overall, open crisis communication strategies were more effective in managing public relations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relative priority of selection disappointments and market segmentation through conjoint analysis. The 280 survey questionnaires were distributed and 262 data were used for the actual analysis. By using PASW Ver. 18.0, Conjoint analysis, frequency analysis, cluster analysis and chi-square were implemented. The results of the study were as follows. First, among 4 selection attributes including team, facilities, service and scandal, the most disappointed factor was 'facilities'. Second, as a result of cluster analysis based on conjoint analysis , 3 groups was classified, group1 disappointed of facilities, group2 disappointed of team, group3 disappointed of service and scandal. Third, as implementing chi-square in order to identify the relationship between classified groups and the demographic factors, differences were caused by age, gender, supporting team, the frequency of visiting baseball stadium.

중학생의 토요스포츠데이 참여경험과 회복탄력성 및 학교적응성과의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of middle school students’ participation in the ‘Saturday Sports Day’ on their resilience and school adjustment. Data were collected from 218 middle school students who participated in the Saturday Sports Day programs using a survey questionnaire and were maily analyzed using sturctural equation modeling. Findings from the current study indicated that students’ particiation in the Saturday Sports Day programs had a significant positive influence on their resilience and school adjustment. The results from bootstraping tests supported a partial mediation effect of resilience on the relationship between the Saturday Sports Day participation experience and school adjustment.

인문,사회과학편 : 기술수용모델(TAM)의 확장을 통한 프로야구 팬들의 구단 SNS수용에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate what influences professional baseball fans’ acceptance of the social networking service (SNS) provided by Korean professional baseball teams using the extended theory of the Technology Acceptance Model. The expanded theoretical model included perceived information quality of SNS, perceived user trust on SNS, and intention to attend the professional baseball games and this proposed model was tested mainly with a structural modeling technique. The results from 388 professional baseball fans revealed that, firstly, SNS information quality had a positive effect on both perceived easiness and usefulness while perceived easiness had a positive effect on perceived usefulness of SNS. Secondly, perceived usefulness of SNS had a positive effect on user trust on SNS and intention to use SNS. Lastly, intention to use SNS had a positive effect on intention to attend the baseball games.
