There is a growing demand for system classification of applications that constitute information systems to support business requirements. Tasks are composed of applications from the viewpoint of information system, and they are composed of complex connections between applications. As a result, the system classification for the application should be based on the complexity of the system, and the criteria for judging the construction scope and job redundancy should be presented when the next generation project is carried out. However, . In this paper, we will study the system classification procedures and methods for applications that can be used most basically.

The emergence of new IT technologies and the recent introduction of a variety of new technology-based services. Application-oriented IT assets that have been operating from the past, and the application complexity of the investment operation cost and effectiveness of IT assets is increasing. Therefore, by systematically analyzing the cost factors of new technology and past information assets, it provides rational analysis results to stakeholders to quantify and provide the basic information provided in the decision making process. Transparent management methods are required to ensure validity and reliability. In this paper, we propose a method to classify classical IT assets and study how to manage the cost of application - oriented IT assets.

Blockchain 기반의 의료정보 공유 서비스 아키텍처

Medical information is used in various fields such as medical technology development, improvement of medical service, medical dispute, but it does not yet fully meet security requirements. In order to improve the medical information environment, we investigated incidents, medical disputes, and summarized current medical information utilization status. And we parsed the security requirements presented by medical information standard like HL7 or DICOM. As a result, it has been confirmed that medical information want security requirement such as reliability, confidentiality and integrity, usability, non-repudiation, audit, authority management, and authentication. In this paper, we propose medical information sharing service architecture based on bockchain and framework for it's implementation, that can satisfy the reliability, integrity, auditability and usability of medical information security. As a result of applying the simulation technique, it was confirmed that the proposed architecture and framework can satisfy the target security requirements for the medical information. However, it needs additional satisfaction for confidentiality and security requirements for access control, authentication, and auditing. 의료정보는 의학 기술 발전 및 의료 서비스의 개선, 의료분쟁 등 다양한 영역에 활용되고 있으나, 아직 의료정보에 대한 보안 관점에서는 요구사항을 충분히 만족하고 있지 않다. 이러한 의료정보 환경을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문은 사건사고, 의료분쟁을 조사하여 현행 의료정보 활용 현황을 정리하였으며 HL7 및 DICOM 등의 의료정보표준에서 제시한 보안요구사항을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 의료정보는 신뢰성, 기밀성 및 무결성, 활용성, 부인방지, 감사, 권한관리, 인증에 대한 보안적 특성을 요구하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 논문에서는 의료정보에 대한 보안요구사항 중 신뢰성, 무결성 및 감사, 활용성을 만족할 수 있는 Blockchain 기반의 의료정보 공유 서비스 아키텍처와 이를 구현하기 위한 Framework를 함께 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 검토한 결과, 제안한 아키텍처 및 Framework는 목표하였던 의료정보에 대한 보안요구사항을 만족할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 다만, 기밀성 및 접근통제, 인증, 권한관리에 대한 보안 요구사항은 별도 만족이 필요하다.

Recently, the portal takes no responsibility while the social controversy is being aggravated over the so-called "Drucking" scandal, which severely distorted public opinion by one particular person manipulating comments on the news. If such incident occus, the current law does not have sufficient legal basis to prevent or punish those involved. Then the politics, sensitive to public opinion, hastily pour ed out the bills focused on prevention or post punishment for such cases and this amplifies the controversy even more. In this paper, we would like to study the validity of the legislation that strengthens the social responsibility of portals without compromising constitutional values, focused on the key arguments of legislation and the position of IT industry.

Public institutions should register their personal information files with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, but local governments of public institutions have similar types of business processes, and so should their registered personal information files. However, the registration is very different. This is because personal information files are not managed properly. We will analyze the personal information file registration system and problems of personal information file management and suggest ways to improve them.

IT Shared 서비스에서의 서비스 비용 배분 사례 연구

본 연구는 최근 대규모 그룹사의 계열사 간 도입한 IT Shared Service 사례를 살펴봄으로써 일반적으로 기관의 특수한 상황에서의 IT Shared 서비스 비용 배분에 대해 가지고 있는 우려가 현실적인 것인지, 우려스러운 것인지를 확인하고, 회사내부 또는 유사 서비스 군을 외부로 확장시켜 공동 시스템을 사용하는 경우 어떠한 장점들을 가지고 있는지 정리하였다. 뿐 아니라 본 논문을 통하여 IT 아웃소싱 시장의 비용 산정 기준 구조를 개선하기를 기대한다.
